Wow what a good day!! I love that bit where you fit back into old clothes, it's such a great feeling, well done! :D I wore a bodycon dress to work today and felt fab, am so glad I've kept at this now (although was slightly mortified when I realised that the split up the back of the skirt went right the way up to my bum!! not quite work appropriate!! ooooops!) x

Oh I'm so jealous, I would love to wear a bodycon dress :D never gonna happen though. It feels good though right xx

Absolutely gonna happen for you too!! It's an M&S bodycon dress so a bit more forgiving than they might be from elsewhere - not full on lycra-style haha!! ;) x

I wish, my stomach is going to be a major problem area as I started off so big and no amount of weightloss is going to get rid of it xx

That's what Spanx are for - I have an amazing pair which I swear reduce my waist by about 3 inches! :) And doing exercise will be gradually helping your skin to shrink back, it'll just take a while x

Oh yes I have some of those :D my tummy isn't flat enough yet but if I carry on at the gym I reckon I shall get there easily xx
 
Morning ems :D i use to wear spanx all the time this has reminded me i need a new smaller pair. And yes keep at it with the gym and ur tummy will get there :) also its gud to moisturise it everyday with something like coco butter or bio oil (its abit more expensive) x

I have some spanx I shall have to dig them out I think, when I do wear them I feel more confident usually.
I won a competition recently and got some bio oil so I should start using it? I'm so rubbish at moisturising but anything to help. I do know ill always be stuck with some loose skin but better than real flab ;).

Food today - EE.

B - 2 weetabix, milk, cherries (s).

L - left over Moroccan veg (4x s) and couscous. Low fat yoghurt.

Swimming after work.

T - ham salad which will be tomato (s), cucumber (s) and pepper (s).

Nice food day today.

As for body cons, I love them but yeah, spanx will need to be a must for me. But there are so many different styles of dresses now that look super hot I don't think that you have to feel there is no choice for the different body shapes. Thankfully! Xx

Gymming yes but swimming failed tonight because my friend text me saying Robbie Williams was filming a new video quite local and we went to have a gander, he looked HOT. Lovely to see him as well, he blew us a kiss and called me babe, swooning right now. Stalker was out tonight for sure :D :D :D

Food stayed the same although I didn't have the ham I had crabsticks instead. No syns today so am having a hot choc in a minute for 2 syns.

Water has been 1 litre so far, so 700mls to go for my 7 glasses.

7 portions of fruit & veg have been consumed though.

We've been stalking Robbie since 1997 (I've been a fan since 1992) so he kinda knows us, when we got there he was like 'how did you find out? twitter'! Haha, luff him. He's a real sweetie, got a nice little kiss and a 'nice to see you babe'. He's gorgeous! He looked really funny as well, just like he was stood on a road corner shopping as he had these two blue shopping bags for the video. Can't wait to see him on tour in June :D

My mums absolutely mad on robbie :) my sister bought her tickets for crimbo to go see him in the summer she was cryin lol

Haha, seeing Rob > swimming. Although am swimming tonight instead! The video is for a single he is doing with Dizzee Rascal. It looked interesting shall we say. Next seeing him on May 13th I think :)

My Dad them ended up in A&E last night with kidney infection, he's just got home! I'm shattered hah, work will be fun today.

Food is half planned:

L - chicken salad - lettuce (s), tomato (a), cucumber (s), pepper (s), yoghurt.

T - not a frigging clue.
 
Also wtf body! My scales still showing 13.9 this morning midweek. Yesterday they were 13.8. I seriously don't get my body. I got stuck once years back at 13.7 but I know I can do it.

Anyone wanna give me any tips on how to get past this, I know my weigh in isn't until Saturday but anything to show 13.5 or lower this weekend. I cannot STS / put on for the second week. I just wanna see the 12's. I'm doing 777 so loads of water and superfree! I've even been for a poop so it's not that
 
I know, I'm naughty :D serial weigher, I try not too but it just happens.

Just got back from a swim, 666m that's 20 lengths. I also discovered that the gym has a sauna and a steam room, it was so nice sitting in there for 10 minutes afterwards, just what I needed.

Food has been good today - EE day.

B - Weetabix, milk & cherries (s) HEa & HEb.

L - Salad - lettuce (s), tomatoes (s), cucumber (s), peppers (s) and chicken. Fat free yoghurt.

T - Quorn sausage x3, tomatoes (s), mushrooms (s) & spring onions (s) with bulgar wheat & 2 baby bel light for 4 syns.

4 syns :D

Off tomorrow so my current plan is to hit the gym at 11am then some food shopping after :D

You'll be fine if you carry on just as you are - make sure you're having at least 5 Syns a day?? xx
