All worked out
Weigh in = 1lb on. Bit deflated but nothing I can do just gotta suck it up and move on. Hopefully next week I will lose something. I need to do my measurements as my clothes are looser for sure.
I'm having a lazy day after my work out. Sitting on the sofa with a coffee at the moment. I'm going to have a green day I think, think being the word. So far I have planned;
Breakfast, 3 quorn sausages (the new ones that are lower in fat), 2 eggs, grilled toms
(s) & garlic covered mushrooms
(s) with bread allowance, 1 tbsp EL mayo & 1 syn ketchup. (2 syns) - HEb.
Lunch, Home made potato salad - Potatoes, 1 tbsp EL mayo, onion
(s) & tomatoes

Tea, lean ham (HEb allowance), red peppers
(s) and mac & cheese (including tomatos
(s), spring onion
(s) & mushrooms
(s) ) from SW mag (HEa).
Snacks; hot chocolate (2 syns), fat free fromage frais mixed in with hot chocolate powder (2 syns). Coffee (HEa)
Drinks; 3 glasses (400ml each) squash. 500ml bottle water. 1,700mls water = 7 glasses.

I'm pleased to have found out the 'back by popular demand' quorn sausages are syn free hurrah xx
