missemma's 10 stone journey

Have a great anniversary dinner tomorrow. Hope you feel better too xxx

Thank you, I'm sure I'm just dehydrated maybe. I rarely get ill. Not had a day off sick since August 2012.

Oh no! Hope you feel better soon lovely!
Get some juice in ya :D I've had the caramel today - love. Just had a vanilla - s'ok but not as awesome as caramel. Going to have the hazelnut in the morning. A woman at group has half caramel, half hazelnut and reckons it's amazing so I'll be giving that a crack!

Hope you feel ok to go out for your meal, happy anniversary! Xx

Yes, the vanilla is nice but caramel so much nicer. I didn't buy the hazelnut one as I'm not really a fan. You'll have to let me know which one out of the three is best.

I'm sure ill feel fine, I'm not really a sicky person thank god xx

Hurrah anniversary day :) to try and limit the damage from my meal today I am currently getting ready for the gym. Going to go do some rowing & cycling & running.

Breakfast is going to be a fat free activia vanilla yoghurt and some cherries. Going to save my HEb & HEa for the meal incase I need them. I guess today will be an EE day as no doubt ill end up with pasta & meat or meat & potatoes. Maybe.

Right off I go. Chat later lovely ladies xx

Gym done.
30 minutes cycling.
10 mins rowing
10 mins running.
= 403 cals.

& die.

Have a lovely evening tonight, I want to hear all about the ressy, the name, the menu and what you ate please?

Okay guys I am home! Are you all sitting comfortably?

Firstly my boy turned up to my house with these:

He then took me to the restaurant called The Duck & Waffle. This was amazing. On the 40th floor of the Heron Tower right next door to the Gherkin in London.
Here is the menu & the view:

So looking at the list I was stumped what to have, totally not my kinda usual food & I didn't expect it to be so posh shall we say.

I had 1/3 of the rosemary & garlic bread which I may add had large bulbs of roasted garlic in. My bf hates garlic so I ate all of the bulbs ha! Hello chewing gum.

My boyfriend had some 'pigs ears' and an 'ox tongue donut'. I tried a tiny piece of the donut which was actually really nice. It came with apricot jam.

My main was the meats & cheeses as the waiter said all the other dishes were for 2 people. I kinda made a good choice as I cut off all the fat in the meat and it had salad! I didn't eat the moudly cheese. Blergh.

Now it is all about the pudding. Peanut butter ice cream oh yes. All totally bad but it looks more than it was. It was gone in about 5 mouthfuls! There was some melted marshmallow on there too. Mmmm. My bf had a battered mars bar with malted ice cream and crushed biscuits.

Yum. It was all lovely. Topped off with a glass of bubbly.

So you'd think after all that there would be no more surprises? Oh no there was more. We walked for about an hour round London. Stopped for a strawberry Bellini

Then went to the top of The Shard. AMAZIIIIING. oh my what the most lovely day <3

I've had nothing else to eat since my meal at three. I'm hoping after the gym and walking that it won't affect my weight loss too much. We shall see.

Perfect day xxx

Oh what a beautiful day for you both. Food looks gorge and what a view for you! You look lovely too, such pretty eyes and the bow was too cute :)

The boy did good! Keep him on for another year ;) xx

Hehe thank you.
As much as I moan about him at times he is such a sweetie. Planned it all by himself and everything. What a lovely boy he is (mostly hehe) xx

Looks like you had a wonderful, romantic time. So sweet of him to organise everything as well!

I know, even though I sometimes moan he is a lovely boyfriend :)

Weighed myself this morning like I do everyday and its showing a lb less than yesterday so fingers crossed it doesn't sneak on today.

What a perfect day it has been today, the weather always puts me in a fab mood! It's beautiful outside. Even work was lovely (yes really).

Foodage, red day.
Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HEb), 250 mls semi skimmed for weetabix & 2 coffees (HEa) and some cherries.

Lunch: ham salad! I bloody well left my yoghurt at home. Duh. I found a bottle of Dr Pepper zero though and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Tea: will be turkey cooked in stock with peppers & red onion and green beans. Having a major craving for green beans right now.

Looking forwards to tomorrow being Friday! I don't usually work Thursdays so have thought that today is Friday aaaaaall day. Duh.

Secret Eaters on C4 is at Tooting Leisure Centre. My gym!!!

This programme makes me laugh 'how am I putting on weight?' Er, that second takeaway isn't helping love.

Officially feel rubbish this morning. I need to stop weighing myself everyday but I can't.
Yesterday : 13.7
Today: 13.9.

WTF.
Tomorrow is weigh in. I think I probably had the same conversation last week but there is no way I'm just gonna drop 5lbs overnight.

One meal out and hello weight. I don't get it. I've tried to compensate by eating a mega amount of superfree and a little bit of meat only all week! My diary reflects that. Infact I think I eat quite well from a superfree point of view so I just don't get it.

Unmotivated today. Gah.i know it's stupid but I just feel like having a cry. Why is my body so stupid.

Food:
Weetabix, milk, cherrys.
Stirfry for lunch.
Coffee & water.
Crab stick salad.
