Day 11 starting well.....

Am back on it too since Monday. But this time all for different reasons. Had a fab wedding even though I never lost any weight. I loved the picture and I didn't for one minute thought that I was big. It was a wonderful time.
This time, I am aiming to lose just over 4 stones by end of April so we can start trying for a baby. I want to become a first time mummy so bad. That's the best incentive for me to lose it this time. It's my dream to be a mummy.
We can do this together again if you want and support each other.

so I can just say, truthfully, that I'm stuffed in case they're wondering why I'm not partaking.

Hiya Priya, I started 3rd Jan so 2nd weigh day on Friday...eeek! You're a day ahead of me!

Yeah I just pre-heat oven to 180C.
I chop a shallot / small onion, quarter of a pepper (green is best for diet), and a couple of mushrooms and soften on
the pan in a splash of olive oil, then I add half a tin of salmon.
Beat two small eggs with a little water and pour over the stuff in the pan.
Leave to simmer for about 2 mins to let bottom of omelette brown.
Then bung the pan in the oven for about 10 - 12 mins til it's golden on top.
Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves (hold the dressing of course!)

It's really filling and I had one every second night in my first week and lost 11lbs so no effect on ketosis by the olive oil!

Oo ima defo try tht at sum point...:) is it js normal tinned salmon think princess brand or sumat? ... Or was it frozen salmon wich u defrosted? The veg was 200g or below? And the salmon was 50g and the egg was 50g for protein is ttht hw u weighed it? Hw can u trlll wts a small or medium egg? The ones we get cnt blumin tell :s x

I just used tinned salmon, half a tin. Own brand of my local supermarket which was way cheaper than John West etc.!
Frozen would be fine, probably better.
And I just guess the veg, never bother weighing anything, am usually too hungry!
Hasn't affected my losses before, not being exact, but if you can get in the habit it's commendable!!
 
Oooooh day 14 has landed and it's second weigh in tomorrow!
The box of bikkies I laid out for my aunt and cousin did not tempt me into sin.....phew!
Really shouldn't have opened the box at all as they only had one each so now there's an open
almost full box of chocolate Kimberlies looking at me whenever I open the press!
The solution I came up with was shoving onto the top shelf of the cupboard I use for the cat's food, dishes, treats etc.
so if I'm tempted even to look I will picture eating a mouthful of cat gunge instead!!!!

I went out a sum total of ONCE last year when I was cramming my face full of junk and wine practically daily!
And now there are impromptu visits, rendezvous in cafes, plays not to be missed etc. etc. when one is trying to steer clear of
temptation!!!

All tests to our resolution I guess.

MUST BE STRONG AND STICK TO MY GUNS!

It is possible to get through them but it doesn't half take a lot of effort to work around the not eating thing. Sometimes it's just not worth it. Every day your resistance muscle is getting stronger. I think I'd have to throw the biscuits out, although sometimes just a sniff of them is enough - I know I'm not the only one that does that!! :rolleyes:

My onli weakness is reli crisps lol bt glad to say iv nt given into them as yet...bt yh trying to get out of the not eating is tbe mst difficult part in social evenrs lol x
