O Deary me!!


I've had a tough week! I find it hard to motivate myself when the scales fluctuate upwards and upwards and bloody upwards!!!

I had wdpr for 4 days!!! Finally went last night before I took a senna (as that was the plan!). The scales hit the highest at 13.6.5! How miserable! That's the highest I'd seen in weeks!!

I'm desperate to get a 12 before the end of oct!! I've hit 13 so I know it's almost possible of I seriously put my mind to it!!

I'm gonna force my arse to the gym today! I missed rubbing again last night as my shift went on as I had my appraisal and got a promotion up a band! So chuffed chuffed chuffed!

And I did come home and cook a sensible meal!! No celebratory cheats! On walking home though I was starving!! And I did hesitate as I walked past gregs mmmm did it smell good! But nope settle for some mango!! Lets hope it's helped ...

.... The scales today... 13.3 so that's still +1.5 from official wi but totm is usually a gain so I can cope with that ATM! But where's hoping it'll be down again tomorrow!! X
 
Get some prune juice down you!! 200ml every morning :) works wonders lol
 
No for two reasons ewwwwww yucky and I wouldn't waste syns on it! Lol!!! Xx :D
 
Just to cheer you up can you explain what kind of rubbing you do at the gym?

That's. 7.5 syns for 200mls that's half my daily Allowance see for me that's not worth it!!! Xx

But that's bc I'm greedy and my syns are usually nice things xx
 
Oh poo I read it as 100ml, mind you once a week on a Monday night if it will aid loss it might be worth it, I sometimes have to just have something to use syns

See on red and green I use my syns for meat on green days and carbs on red so that's a lot of syns for me!

I'd rather take a senna syn free hahaha! Trouble is mines a weekly thing and I know that so I just have to get over it! X
