Nope I yoyo down to 13.0 then back up again it's just an endless cycle of up and down. And recently I've seriously considered giving it up altogether and I've realise I don't want that so maybe tfr would be an interim diet to help me out! X
Why don't you look into what Kat does, she has a shake for breakkie, something like that might give you a kick start, or low GI etc like Tara?
Also promax shakes, you take them with a calorie controlled diet and exercise, they are full of green tea and all sorts of other good things.. X
Lisa I have thought about that - but for 300-400 cals on a shake I could have less with a bowl of porridge! I either need to do it to cut food completely or I don't see the point if that makes sense!
I also got tangoed at work! Luckily only a tiny amount before I made it to the toilet phew! I'm presuming its still from the weekend junk as mon and tue were good days! :s but I'm still being tangoed now
I do have a slight horrifying confession!
My night shift was terrible last night - horrendously busy - sickness also meant I was on my own - me 16 patients and 16babies! It was a horrible horrible shift!
Then the make matters worse I then drove home which took me over an hour when it should take 15-20mins usually! So needless to say I've been extremely grouchy!
And I did climb into bed starving miserable and extremely stressed - oh and with a curly wurly
I've excluded it in my cals and it doesn't take me over - but it's terrible behaviour! I've not eaten in bed for years and it made me feel like a fat horrible blob doing it (now it does anyway not so much at the time!)
so sorry your having a bad time at the moment the tango is probably from the weekend, it sometimes takes a couple of days to show up with me. That was a hard shift you had, not fair to be left alone like that, you must be shattered.

The maxi tone shakes that they recommend with exercise are 209 cals, plus the benefits of green tea etc, maybe check them out s
