Lol I wish!!


It's fast forward it's an alternative Sw plan that you only do for a week at a time! Its not very well advertised with some consultants Its kinda A lat resort before people give up! It's really restrictive not even unlimited fruit and veg! But just refocuses your mind! But I've had good losses on it even though I hate it! But I need something to snap me outta this rutt! Xx

Hmmm easier said than done. I just feel like I'm wasting time ATM! I'm doing more exercise again which is helping but still doesn't stop me feeling frustrated! X
 
Lisa I think that's the problem I don't mix it up enough! Which is wht I need to learn to do more often I think! X

I'm gonna cc for a week to see if that helps then go from there xx

I think that must be it Hun, mix up what you eat a bit and through in a bit of cc ing and see if that kick starts it again :)

That's great loosing a 1lb is great :)

Was wondering if you could tell a bit more about that ff please more details rules etc food lists?
 
There aren't rules you eat a specific menu according to your weight and activity level and that's it, drink 3x500 ml water min with each meal. I suppose it's very low cal in theory but I'm not that desperate its hideously hard your starving all the time!

I'm please a loss is a loss lets just hope I get another one! X
 
I've made a bit of a boo boo - last weeks wi I couldn't get to Sw so recorded what my scales said as they usually sync with Sw - this week my scales said a sts but I went to a different group and they said a +1.5.

Ill record the gain bc ill prob be weighing in the same group again next week as I can't go on wed due to work :s

It's weird I'm shrinking ie been shopping the last two days 16s swamp me and depending on the style so are 14s so I've bought lots of 12s rather than 14. It's odd my brain hasn't quite caught up as I continue to pick up 16s thinking that's my size when clearly it is not!

But it's odd my size is shrinking but my weight isn't! I suppose I'd rather it that way round but it is confusing and frustrating! X
 
Oh it's frustrating when that happens .. That's great news on the size 12's Hun ... You have inspired me so much, I hope I can do as well as you :)
I know what you mean about clothes .. I am doing the same myself.. I think it takes much much longer for your head to catch up .. X x
