Well done ! I must say I've not been able to stick to the 500 kcals .. But that's me all over again !

I did read in the alternative diet book - I think you said you bought that book? it still worked even if you were eating 35- 50% of your normal kcals rather than just the 500 kcals - but just not quite the same losses ! It said for long term IF that the levels had to be what you could "live" cope with ??

I'm fasting tomorrow too :) but am expecting a hard day I'm 2/3 days away from totm lol But made soup!

I'm considering fasting again tomorrow so it's done outta the way and I won't have to worry about it.

I want to act like a child and say no no no I don't want too lol.

I honestly feel like bread crumpets hot cross buns and mmmm anything carby hahaha!

But I'm also think if I don't take anything to work I can't eat it! Then it's done for the week!

Hmmmm decide tomorrow I guess!

But I'm also apprehensive about wi on thurs! Concerned it won't work!! Ill happily settle for a sts this week as I've had several difficult meals out so would understand why!

2 days in a row might make you binge more? How abouts picking 1 of those things to have each day? X
 
I am sure with your busy work day - your cope fine :) - just think Next day you can have those things .. and I am sure your weight in will be great !

Be prepared - plenty low kcal soups etc, keep you warm and hopefully hold off your hunger :) celery is great!

We no I've decided today as trying multiple flavours of soup I hate soup haha!

So ill be sticking with cereals or very low cal we ready meals salads etc I'm gonna go shopping thur and stock up on very low cal items! X

Especially with a oh like mine!

Cooking his garlic bread tonight I had to lock myself in the bathroom haha! And Friday/weekend would be a very difficult fast!! X

Oh no, he did garlic bread whilst you where on a fast, OH has embarked in day 1 of his regime today, I came in to the full house stinking of kippers, I hate fishy smelling fish :(
Even our cat turned his nose up at it x

Yup he did.

And when i got downstairs from the bath he'd just served up! But I didn't even have a bite :) very chuffed!! X
 
Decided to attempt another fast day today. So at work I won't have a choice bc I won't have the food!!!

But at home in the evening I think ill be tired enough I won't care about eating at all so a ready meal will be "whatever I don't care" as I'm already dying from tiredness!!! :(

Hope my fitbit arrives tomorrow :) xx

I've failed! I have fasted on 677 cals! So better than binging but still not the 500 it's meant to be!

We live and learn hey!

But I'm still starving hungry and it's not touched the sides! Xx
 
Well done! At least you have managed it - even if your a little bit over - I've lost weight too eating more than the 500 - but I think it depends on your ave food intake over the week too., 2 days in a row is hard! Good on you completing it! Don't feel bad that you went over - be proud that you kept them as low as you have! Everyday that you fast that is less than 50% of your normal food kcals - improves your health !

Can you just drink loads of water and go to bed , maybe start tomorrow with porridge as fruit or something? X

I'm gonna fill on diet coke! I don't think I will over eat I wasn't hungry when I got up tomorrow. But do have 2 crumpets waiting for my breakfast mmmmm

I hope I can achieve at least a sts!

I know I've had a few meals out since last wi so I get my results won't be as great as I'd like but i would be a little disappointed with a gain! :( x
