Well done ! I must say I've not been able to stick to the 500 kcals .. But that's me all over again !
I did read in the alternative diet book - I think you said you bought that book? it still worked even if you were eating 35- 50% of your normal kcals rather than just the 500 kcals - but just not quite the same losses ! It said for long term IF that the levels had to be what you could "live" cope with ??
I'm fasting tomorrow too but am expecting a hard day I'm 2/3 days away from totm lol But made soup!

I'm considering fasting again tomorrow so it's done outta the way and I won't have to worry about it.
I want to act like a child and say no no no I don't want too lol.
I honestly feel like bread crumpets hot cross buns and mmmm anything carby hahaha!
But I'm also think if I don't take anything to work I can't eat it! Then it's done for the week!
Hmmmm decide tomorrow I guess!
But I'm also apprehensive about wi on thurs! Concerned it won't work!! Ill happily settle for a sts this week as I've had several difficult meals out so would understand why!
