MizKirsty - Becoming my inner skinny!

Mine was 12:5:4 Monday & Tuesday, didn't weigh in Wednesday when I fasted, Thursday I was 12:3:4, yesterday I was 12:1:4 & this morning I was 12:0:4 so mine has continued to go down but I've drunk a lot of water this week so that will help too
 
I've not done so well on the water front today!

Ill make up for it tomorrow! And instead of shopping get my arse to the gym ;). Xx
 
Well my goodness me!


Third fast today - and deffo the hardest - thinking totm is the cause of it.

I didn't have my usual 3 small meals I had 2. So had to wait till lunch to eat. Which actually didn't do me any good.

I ended up with a banging headache - thinking low blood sugar and hormones didn't help!

But managed to decline a yummy Chinese from the oh! Yes get me I said no! I was so chuffed!

I did need a rant at lex and Kat I had a bit of a breakdown about wi anxiety etc!

So wish me luck official wi tomorrow I just hope I maintained that 2lb loss I saw after the last sneaky peak following fast day!

Chuffed its the biggest loss I've had in forever!!

I'd be more than happy with a loss like this each week!

I'm anticipating it won't maintain such a loss but asking as I loose each week ill be happy!! Xx

No I am really pleased I was slightly disappointed but I think that was my mind trying to keep to with lex! Which we all know is impossible!

Lol.

But that's 3.5lbs in 2 weeks and is amazing for me! So here's to next week!

Well I managed to drag my bottom to the spin class! Oh man I struggled I love spin but this class was my version of hell!

Interval sprints. Me no likey!

I don't know whether I struggled bc I was tired totm or just not mentally in but it was hard. But I suppose it's done the cals are burnt so it's all good hey!!

I've had to change my next fast day from tomorrow to Friday! Bc I have a friend staying tomorrow and ill find it harder to fast especially as we're probably going out!

I'm also thinking of changing my wi!
ATM I'm wi after my fast at the beginning of the week! However this is getting complicated for when I may have to two consecutive fasts which will then mean I've wi after three then one fasts etc!

So what I've decided is that I will wi after the second fast of the week. Wb Mondays! Xxx
 
Well this is strange!


2 non fast days and I feel like I'm cheating! I feel like I'm purposely defying the plan! But I'm not its weirdly good! :) x
 
I feel the same honey but it worked last week so I am just hoping it does the same this week, I am fasting again tomorrow then its a BH weekend which is scary although I plan to fast again Monday
 
Well fasting today! And really pleased/excited! I've had 3 non fast days in a row and feel like I've lost the plot it feels weird not to have had a day with restriction!

It feels like I've nose dived off the wagon and straight into fat villa!

But looking at mfp (bc I haven't gone mad! Had one dodgy day eating out but otherwise ok) my average cals are still well under my weekly goal of 1500 per day (you know the graph thingy). Which it pretty much looks like last weeks.

But I do have to confess I stepped on the scales after two up days my meal out and I had gained 4lbs!!!'

I'm hoping that's a natural fluctuation extra sodium a late meal and body not having a clue as to what's going on! That'll teach me to step on the scales midweek! Won't be doing that again! I mean I'd have expected it to be up post that day after eating on any kind of diet and expect a few days for it to come down! So here's hoping my fast speeds it up! Lol

I'm feeling better about a fast day today and have literally just sat down to eat some soup and a sf jelly 108 cals do far!

I'm 2lbs lighter this afternoon that yesterday morning but I still need to loose more if I'm gonna manage a sts!

Well technically it should be post Tuesdays fast (that's 2 fast since last wi) however I'm doing tue and wed fast next week and I'm wondering if its easier to wi after I've finished both.

Simply bc at its getting confusing about when I'm wi. I'm wondering if its gonna be easier to track if I wi after the second fast of each week - if that makes sense!

I will ofc sneak a peak after today's fast but will have official wi thur I think!

Ps Marcus is having chip shop chips on my fast day I'm soooooo tempted! Xx
