I've managed two days of rest now. Today I finished my university essay and submitted that! So that's part of my excuse but I will go for a gently 2 miles run tomorrow!

I've had no pain at all today. I think Pav my pt managed to stretch my leg out properly! X

Glad you're feeling good, enjoy your run. I had a dream recently that I was a runner lol. Maybe its a sign.

Running takes a lot of oomph to get out the door I find. I fun it much harder than spinning gym or pt just to get out and get going. I think it's bc I find it hard. But it is a good workout and does do me good! So I will get my arse out lol!

Yeah I'm in a good place right now :) x
 
Ok so I'm on the verge of a panic!


Marcus brother and his gf are coming to visit today and they always want dominos!

Now I've talked to Marcus and I've said I'd prefer Chinese I can incorporate that and work it within my syns without having a bad day!

It's not that I can't have dominos bc I could flex a day a personal cheese and Tom is 24syns for the pizza but I'd rather not bc it wouldn't be my choice of flavour. Then comes the dips and the garlic bread!

Before they decided to come up I was making spag and meatballs! Maybe I can tempt them ;) xx
 
Well no dominos ...


But we went to a place called "za za bazaar" which is basically a buffet place with every kind of cuisine.

I mainly stuck to rice noodles and chicken - in flavour but not sauce. Salad and I did have some garlic bread.

I also had 6 chocolate covered marshmallows!

So I've drawn my line and moved on. Previously I would have gorged on chips samosas pizza curry and probably ice cream top it off!

So it's better than it could have been but bloated to hell and wi wed is looking unhappy as even though I'd been 110% until today my scales had only moved -1/2!!!

Well done on being strict and resisting all the other temptations. Its definitely a big test when we eat out.

I just wish wed gone to a normal restaurant it would have been so much easier! Nvm it's done line drawn :) xx

Oi Mrs!! Be proud you resisted what I am sure could have been a lot worse... You have 2 100% days before weigh in... Believe !!
