MizKirsty - Becoming my inner skinny!

Right well after my iffy day yesterday I wi before bed +4 (from morning wi which was -1/2 from official) which actually I didn't think was too bad for a daily fluctuation. Nothing had been digested I hadn't pooed anyway that day! And was looking bright for a sts!

However I got up this morning no poo as work study day :( and they still read +4 (from the previous morning!).

I know I shouldn't freak yet! But I am!
That would be a relatively undeserved gain! I have been 110% the rest of the week I'm hoping a good low syn day tomorrow some cardio etc will help :)

Today has been iffy about 20syns due to me failing to resist the study day lunch! Well I did better than I could have done! I had 3 mini rolls (prob equivalent to a 1/4 a sandwich - you know little triangle ones!) meat and salad. I avoided the cakes and sweets and biscuits presented too and ate my fruit I'd packed! Avoided all the posh calorie laden drinks and stuck with tea and water!

So I feel like I've done my best this week and other than Sunday probably had a better week than last!

Sigh the ridiculousness of scales :( lol xxx

Well I don't think I've rid the back log completely!

But my scales are lower. They're now showing a 2lb gain which I suppose is better!

But I'm still not happy! I am literally on the verge of a nose dive into complete crap food!

It's not fair! :(

But 2lbs is far too much for what I ate!

I could have accepted it if I ate everything I'd wanted!

Or not been 100% the other 6 days!

Or if it were 1/2lb!

But I refuse to accept 2lbs lol! They can bugger off by the morning lol! X
 
All I have to say it not too late for prunes in natural juice or prune juice.. Lol. I'm sure your 2lbs will have removed themselves by tomorrow!! Water needs upping as weather is Warmer?

Yes I've upped my water and lunch time wi showed down again and was at a 1/2 gain! So I'm hoping it'll stick or be lower tomorrow! X
