Well my scales this morning were +1/4 and Sw official flicked between -1/2 o +1/2 and settle on +1/2.
Not happy but not freaking out. It's a small blip that I can rectify this week!

I even went straight to Tesco to stock up post wi!

But it has annoyed me a couple of the women had gone mad the weekend and lost over a lb! FFS! Lol

Anyway! I've invested in ingredients for sweet couscous Lisa raves about! In the hope it'll keep me on track on my nights. The sweetness and carbyness will hopefully prevent me from binging on rubbish!

So hoping I can manage -2 but that's an aim if I don't aim big ill never make it hey!

Got a few more new recipes to try this week so wish me luck! :) xx
 
Well the couscous will be a new experience for me too! I'm hoping ill love it!

Yes it'll definitely be a loss next week even if I have to cut my legs off haha! X

My c did look at me and then said "right lets move on we don't want to hear how bad you've even bc some people may be disappointed they didn't manage a loss this week who have been good!"

I was quite pleased she said it actually! X
 
Well I'm feeling a bit more positive today haha! Not looking forward to my nights but when do I ever!

Back on the deliver suit rather than the ward (we rotate every 6 months!) the pace and stress of delivery is much different to the ward! Much much more intense!

And the night time buffet is always an issue on delivery! I've made a rule I eat nothing except fresh fruit from the "forbidden table" lol! Hopefully that'll help! I'm going to avoid looking at the foods on there bc I will try to justify it in my mind lol!

I think I need to put my fridge on wheels! The amount of food I'm gonna be taking is insane but I'm hoping it'll keep me on the straight and narrow!

It'll be avoiding the French baguette that'll be hardest! But if I want that bikini to look good it's a sacrifice ill have to give up!

Spinning today a little bit achey but think that's from a mix of all the exercise this week! Have no idea what I'm working next week yet so don't know how much ill manage next week!

4 weeks till my holiday and really want 7lbs gone by then (in total since restart of Sw!)

I'm willing to share!

I've just realised rach that were all bound to have rubbish weeks and not get the results we want all of the time. Some people are going to have huge losses and some of us aren't.

I'm not prepared to do the same numbers again! I'm still loosing weight I'd gained back and it sucks! I do not want to repeat this lol!

I admit I needed those couple of months of messing around to show me messing around will get me no where.

It's helped refocus me.

But so has being more adventurous. Eating the same foods put me in a rut hence me getting bored! So this time round I must cook something new each week - tonight is mac n cheese from the new Sw magazine! Looks amazing and everyone's raving about it ill show you later :) x
 
Well omfg!


That was the hardest spin session I've ever done! My eyes were burning where the sweat was running into my eyes! I had a pool of sweat around the bike and I wanted to actually give up for the first time in spin I seriously thought about quitting. I'm glad I didn't buy defrost felt like it!

Dying quietly at home now lol. I would say ill sleep well tonight but I won't be sleeping :( lol xx

That spin class sounded really hard work ! I used to do spin classes - loved them !

Of course that was before OH and kids - I lost a lot of weight - I used to spend most evenings in the gym straight afterwork.. Then I met OH who I wanted to spend time with lol and I stopped going .. I must have broken the gyms heart oops

Trouble is the preparation doesn't mean I won't fail lol!

I'm hoping that ill be strong and prevail. Or noone bring a buffet haha!

I love spin especially the high calorie burn in such a short amount of time!! But omg I sweated a stone away easily haha! :) x

So wont be taking the leftovers to work! I'll take porridge and my couscous! X
 
Trying something new every week is a fab idea, I might steal that one. I messed up royally over the last while, but ave got my head in the zone. It sounds like you're really focused and going to get there for the holiday. Preparing and thinking ahead is a pain, but the fact you're making the effort tells me good things are going to happen in time for the hols x
