Yup I'm super pleased I'd like 3lbs this week to get down to my holiday goal. But I'm so happy that I'm back in the 13s I'd be happy with any loss :) xx
 
You have proven you can achieve what you set your mind to so I believe you can do it.

I know I'm feeling so positive ATM!! Especially now the scales are finally moving! Wahoo lets hope next week is as great!!

Well I'm working most of what is meant to be a lovely weekend! Working sat day min day tue night we'd night :(

But then next sat I'm jetting off to Greece yay!

I'm off to work slightly apprehensive at how well ill do diet wise! I managed my nights amazingly just hope I can do the same today!

Ill be fine as long as my lunch break isn't forced upon me at bloody 11-1130 am!

(Somehow they think this is sensible when we work till 8pm!)

Wish me luck! Desperate for that 3 this week :) xx
 
I did it another fab day!!


Plus two people separately commented on how I was shrinking everytime they saw me and I must have lost weight!! Wahoo

I avoided the croissants too! Go me! Xx
