Well I have gone a little over cals today I'm at 1400.

Which is ok. Not brilliant but we had a BBQ!

But ill be out running mon and tue so hopefully that'll burn some of those extra 200 cals!

But I am feeling hopeful of seeing that 13 next week! :) xx

I'm over the blooming moon!! I have my 13 back!!

I even too a photo so that if my nights screw it up I know it was there lol!!!

Lol!!! Whoop whoop I'd love to reach 13.9 before holiday 2 weeks time but that's a huge goal and this number may be gone after my nights!! Xx

It is!

I mean I've been on the cusp of 12st my lowest wi being 13.0.5 but I'm on my way there again which is great!!

I must admit I almost cried haha! I remember the last time I broke through Ito the 13s I did almost too lol!

Lets hope my nights do not ruin it! Xx
 
Omfg!!

I am so pleased with myself I was so controlled on my night shift! I took a ready meal but it would have meant I'd have been over my 1200 cals! But thought it would be bette than eating "the table crap" lol

I didn't eat it! I ate the few snacks u took and I wasn't hungry! I didn't pick! And in still within cals!!

I'm super pleased!

I'm hoping tonight will be just as successful! Xx
