I'm going to bore you all with my food posts I'm afraid I need to to keep me on track - and you can give me a well deserved kick up the bum if needed!
In my green day
Breakfast;
2x nimble bread heb
Light clover 2syns
Marmite
Lunch; (out to asda cake curry chips all look yummy buy no I shall prevail!)
Jacket potato (no butter)
Coleslaw 4syns
Cheese hea x2 (looked more than one so better to over than under estimate!)
Dinner planned as (meatballs and spag for the oh yuck!) but for me quorn something (steak sausages or chicken style whatever) with risotto (with veggies

)
The quorn will prob have syns so I'll figure that out whn I've decides which I'm having!!
Wi tomorrow I'm hoping for no more than a 2lb gain :s xx

Dinner was 2x vegetable burgers (syn free I'm assuming as not in my syn book!)
Rice sweetcorn and leeks
And I did pinch some of the oh garlic bread!
Mmmm
Would have been perfect without the sneaky garlic bread - always tomorrow xx
