I know it's hard when your given boxes and boxes of chocolates!!

I think I just need to reread the becks diet solution about talking myself outta eating crap lol!'

Half the time o pop choc after choc without even realising let alone tasting Which is silly and pointless!

I've got a but bluh ATM someone at work has been on lighter life and lost the same amount of weight as me but in 7 wks it's depressing!!!

I've had a good day today 100% do that's all good!! Haven't exercised though don't have the energy! Meh!

I'm hoping I'll loose this week but at wi a sts of that makes sense I'm sure I've gained !!

But loving my job I'm content but sometimes that means more food!! Can't win lol xx
 
Mmm my theory with boxes of choc is "hot potato" pass them on.. My sister in laws bring choc when they "visit" I save them and don't open them and then pass them on to others (who are thiner than me) Birthday presents, Xmas.. Visit gifts back! Or even better make my OH have them with his lunch! Lol

When I go visit someone now and they offer me a choc, i say no a few times (never works, they keep asking) then I take it, pretend to eat it and secretly put it in the bin :) every one happy!
 
If someone gives me a box I open them and put them in the staff room they go very quickly but I struggle not to pinch a few myself!! You know!

Just need to get reacquainted with mr will power lol xx
 
Good news!

I phoned the doc today - couldn't get to an appointment but she happily gave me a repeat with what I've lost 3kgs even if I've had two weeks with no losses!!

So feeling great!!

Had a great day today yay!! And feeling positive!! Xx

Right I have to get my head back - so I'm either going to swim tomorrow or gym it - I will do something!

I'm gonna really focus on my food plan again! I need to get refocused and organised!!

Well I didn't manage to get any exercise in besides walking - but I was good with my food ( went out for breakfast had fruit and White toast bad on the White! Not sw friendly!)

But on mfp was under my cal goal for the day which is a first this week :)

Feeling good for today jst need to stat focused and get my head back in it!! Xx
 
I'm going to bore you all with my food posts I'm afraid I need to to keep me on track - and you can give me a well deserved kick up the bum if needed!

In my green day

Breakfast;
2x nimble bread heb
Light clover 2syns
Marmite

Lunch; (out to asda cake curry chips all look yummy buy no I shall prevail!)

Jacket potato (no butter)
Coleslaw 4syns
Cheese hea x2 (looked more than one so better to over than under estimate!)

Dinner planned as (meatballs and spag for the oh yuck!) but for me quorn something (steak sausages or chicken style whatever) with risotto (with veggies :) )

The quorn will prob have syns so I'll figure that out whn I've decides which I'm having!!


Wi tomorrow I'm hoping for no more than a 2lb gain :s xx

Just had my second heb - rivita minis!! Xx

1859 update -

Dinner was 2x vegetable burgers (syn free I'm assuming as not in my syn book!)
Rice sweetcorn and leeks
And I did pinch some of the oh garlic bread!

Mmmm

Would have been perfect without the sneaky garlic bread - always tomorrow xx

It has got quiet over the last couple of weeks not sure where everyone has gone tbh!

Mind you I've not been on much either tbh!! So I can't say much and in sure that's why I've fallen off the wagon - do a post a day will keep the devil away I'm sure lol ;) xx
 
It has gone quiet. A lot of regulars have gone AWOL . Wonder if they know something I don't ?

Sorry still here, I've been reading & making the odd post but too busy to post properly. Still sticking to the low fat diet & have put my spare time into food planning on MFP. will be back online properly soon.

Well it's time to face the music at wi tonight at sw! Ugh! Not excited in the slightest!!! :(

Maybe a step backwards will help me make a leap forwards?!

Anyway I'm gonna have my apricot wheats then get off down to spinning! I'm sure I will actually die as I've done no exercise in the last two weeks :( xxx

Hi!!

Ive missed you!!! It's been so quiet!!

I'm ok I had to slap myself outta it Saturday I was loosing control had a better weekend food wise but still no exercise :(

But facing the music today with wi tonight!!

Also going spinning today and will book on Thursday!

I never realised how Much my exercising kept me focused!!

But aiming not to have gained anymore than 2lbs over the 2weeks!! And aiming to loose it by Monday!!

How are you doing?! Xxxx
