MizKirsty - Becoming my inner skinny!

Yay.. I do mfp everyday and am always to honest with it!! I feel horrified somedays at what I've eaten.. Makes me determined to be better tomorrow! Been using it to plan my days too..
 
Well I did well yesterday 100cals under goal whoop whoop! Having left overs for lunch today! So bit better organised today :)

Let's hope I can continue all week! X
 
hun you know you can do this :) and im sure thats the key, being organised and planned out meals. i feel so much more in control when i plan!

That's great! I find that if I plan my day on mfp it has been helping!
 
I'm having grilled chicken with homemade wedges ( a baking pot cut up and baked lol) and beans!! Lol!!

Need something in mind for tomorrows lunch though! X
 
How about a chicken salad wrap with yogurt dressing?
 
I'll be 68cals over today but that's still only 1300 cals! X
 
Hmm I like that idea but am limited I'm in process of moving so I need quick easy and not very organised food choices lol! So I'm thinking maybe some tuna and rivita with fruit and then I'll make a chilli for dinner! Mmmm x

Another good day so far - I'm feeling hopeful for Monday it would be great to break the 14st barrier and then I'm sure mentally I'd be better! Let's just hope I can keep it up over the weekends hey! X

I hope so if I fail again this week I'll loose the plot I think!

Another complete day 6 cals under goal but actually thinking about it I have had some grapes and not added them so prob a but over!!! Xx
