Up cals from 2lb to 1.5lb loss on mfp
Up the exercise - already booked on 2 classes and at least one visit to the gym.
And wi next week!
Today at sw it was a new lady with different scales - also when I got home my scales said 14st with clothes and 13.12.5 naked so clearly I'm wearing the wrong clothes lol. So I'm clinging onto the thought that I can manage to make it safely through to next week and try again x
