I think sometimes we focus so much on the scales I haven't really lost much in 2 months compared to others... But I can really tell in my clothes and so can others .. I think you are due a big loss soon hun x
 
I need some lunch ideas other than salad guys!!

Something I can prehaps prepare in a batch you know?! Or buy in?! X
 
Don't buy in. Can you not take a portion of whatever youve eaten the night before ? Or make a batch of your favourite soup and take that.

I can take leftovers if there are any yeah and I do I'm just looking for some inspiration. I'm not a huge fan of soups so looking for something to replace spice up rivita and Philly or Tuna lol x

I didn't think you did I was think ready meals.
What about making shepherds pie or chicken curry and rice or cous cous cooked in stock cube then add red onion, bacon and mushroom. It's deliscious hot or cold. Or new potatoe salad made with lightest Mayo salt pepper lemon and a bit if fresh Rosemary . Really brings out the flavour.

No wasn't thinking ready meals either I was thinking convenience like those rice time things for example! I dunno something good but easy you know?! No such thing hey!

Really disappointed with aerobics Tonight enjoyed it very much loved the dance routines etc but didn't et very sweaty last time I went I was dying so either I'm fitter the class was easier or I didnt work hard enough (even though I dd all the High impact moves!)

So I'm removing the 60 mins from mfp and putting in 45 but I infact did 60! X
 
I find the same with my Zumba, I was saying to the nurse today that I find that after the Zumba class I feel like I did nothing, and I'm not that red faced or sweaty. She took my bp and it was very good- she said if your recovery rate is good and they have a few mins between sets your heart rate goes back to normal and therefore you sweat less and feel less breathless??? You will still get the cal burn if you are working hard during routine but you recover very quickly

Whereas the kettlebell class doesn't stop for 45 mins it just goes from legs to arms/chest and back again- also with added value of weights, I sweat a little bit, huff and puff a lot and my heart races my face is red.. And if I am not I increase my reps so I work harder, if it becomes more easy I can up the weight from 4kg to 6kg and do on! Only doing mon and wed classes don't think my muscles would do any more classes as yet!

Mug shots are nice like tfk said,, i used to do rice and mix it with tuna, or pasta!! Its hard to think of things really, have you tried putting sweet chilli dipping sauce over your salad to liven it up and cut toast into chunks to make croutons!! Uncle bens rice pots? Beans or spaghetti!!
 
I had leftovers today - pasta! Was much nicer I even had too much! So should keep me going longer!

Feeling rather like the Michelin man! Huge heavy and oversized lol!

I'm moving this weekend so thought Id look Monday bc I'm not gonna be able o go till then anyway!

Ah I reckon I'm looking at another sts this week the scales are not budging! Xx
 
Moving is really stressful!
Try not to worry about everything to much until you have finished settling in.. Just concentrate on packing and unpacking.. That is stressful enough :)

Hey Hun... They don't do any classes at my gym and don't fancy paying on top of my gym membership... However I really think this would be a good option for me with my ankle problem... Do u think the DVD ones,would be ok or do u think you really need to go to a class x
 
Still in Bristol just 15-30min drive from where we are now!

I'm kinda forgetting this week anyway of I have the sts again I'll be ok can't really concentrate properly over the weekend!

Then really restar full on next week!!! Xx
