Right my new plan/attitude/idea!!

For the next 6-8week so up until the end of the summer challenge I'm no longer focusing on weight loss!

I start with a new closer Sw group tomorrow night (so does mean a new set of scales!) but I'm not going to aiming for lbs lost!

I know crazy right lol...

My new plan is to focus on changing my body my shape my tone and my fitness!

I'm hoping the scales will keep up but it's not essential!

I'll still be dieting and following Sw but will be intensifying my exercise regime and incorporating more weight training - therefore I am anticipating my muscles will retain water!

But I'll be focusing on inch loss - so tomorrow I will take and post my measurements and see how they change over the weeks!

I feel like I need a psychological break from loss stressing!

What does everyone think?! Xxx
 
Yay to less loss stress ;)

Sounds a good plan, with your running your def see a difference, plus the weight training will be changing your body shape - I used to find that I would see a big drop every 3 weeks when I was doing 4 kettlercise classes a week, plus walk/ jogging to school (3 mile round trip ) a few days a week - of course not doing that now lol - bah humbug to injuries!

Great plan!
 
I'm hoping I'll see a difference physically makes it all worth it hey!

Feeling really positive today! Think that spin class really helped refocus me last night!

I have a new Sw group tonight so slightly nervous about going to a new group but it will fit in with my running a lot better (previous group it was one or the other!).

I'm really enjoying the running never thought I'd say it but there we go!

I just hope it has the desired effects nothing worse than working hard and not getting any results! Xxx
 
Well I'm pleased another 1/2 lb gone from official wi on thur!

(this is my new official wi at my new Sw group!)

Do another 4 to loose to be back where I was but hopefully I'll get a flat stomach over the next few weeks! And that's more important! Xx

Yay go Kirsty... I am already to start sw tomorrow .. Have fridge stocked of loads of free and super free food... Have hubby's birthday at weekend but hoping that won't stop me having a loss :)

It won't the nice thing with Sw is you can have a flexible day and still loose - ask your consultant about it and she can explain how you can have hubby's birthday and still have a great loss next week!

Having a bit of a depressing time again- think its my weightloss totm lol

Just feeling a bit pants!

Feel like I'm gonna be in the 13s forever there's no way out :(

I know I'm focussing on body changes ATM and I am feeling good but it's surprising how much the scales still mean!

I'm hoping that this week as I have mre time to exercise ill begin to feel a bit better!!

We all have moments like that, but don't let it get you down...

Make sure you drink plenty, and if you have more time to exercise then train hard.
 
Yes this week I'm back to shifts so that means I'll only be working 3. Long days so means I have 4 days to exercise!

So today I have swim and run club tomorrow Pilates and body con wed work thur step aerobics and Pilates fri work sat work and sun body con and spin (I will most prob run thur too!) hopefully that'll be enough lol!

So hopefully it'll improve my losses! X
