me and taz are both have the same thoughts on this. if i went to class and had a 2lb gain it would probably do me more harm than good, so i spend a week in denial...but being EXTRA EXTRA good so i get a loss :D

just went to aldi and bought 12 of those optifit yogurts that a free - they flippin' gorgeous!!! ...and they take ages to eat and are really filling as they have grains in them. these aill defo help keep me on track :D
 
Indeed! We have to do what works for us and that obviously works for you or else you wouldn't have lost the amount of weight that you have!

For me, I know in the past, if I've had a bad week and miss class, I find it hard to get started again and just keep on being bad..lol and quite often never went back again!!!!

thats whats happened to me, I know Ive done bad, so I miss a week, then for a few days I think ah well I'll make it up, then I dont, then I miss another week - and now I dont go at all and am finding it hard to stay on track! x
 
we gotta get stubborn with ourselves!

i will see what i weigh at home on thursday morning and make my decision from there. i wouldn't miss 2 or 3 weeks at a time, but i know i will beat myself up if i got to class and have a gain this week, so it's better from my slimming mojo if i don't go unti next week. am going to exercise more this week though to make up for my naughty-ness :D

Hi Karen I haven't been on much this week so just catching up but I totally get where you are coming from. But I had chocolate cake yesterday and I still lost half a lb! I don't know how though! Do what's right for you, have a good week and enjoy next weeks loss x

...ah and i also cooked a spinach and ricotta cannelloni (used quark instead of ricotta). it tasted OK, but not work the hour spent in the kitchen - took 30 minutes to get it all together, then 30 minutes to cook in oven.

...think i will make a lasagna next time.

I made Spinach lasagne and i stirred cheese triangles in my quark seemed to make it taste less gritty had tried it with just quark on its own in the past, worked better with the two mixed together though
 
hmmm - like the sounds of the spinach cannelloni, yummy. 40 lengths - cool, thats around what I aim to do each Monday xxx
 
swimming is the only exercise that I do! x
 
i did 40 lengths of breaststroke (in 10's with a rest between)- but i did it gently and granny like! didn't even get my face wet.

once my fitness improves i'll be goggled up and doing it properly :D
