hahahaa yeah can tell i'm fresh on the plan! i went to asda and got all the free green foods, including tins of mushy peas so i can heat things up at work if i forget/don't bother to prepare any lunch ...hopefully it will stop me going to the sandwich shop!
 
well i stocked up on free and b choices.

so got a load of:

asda minestrone soup (b choice - but not very nice in my opinion)
mushy peas
baked beans
tinned spaghetti
sainsburys tinned vegetable ravioli
pagan rolls (b choice)
flavoured spring water

...i forget the rest!
 
Tuesday 12.01.10 - Green

BREAKFAST: baked beans, 2 x quorn sausages, ketchup (0.5 syns) and w/m toast (hexb)

LUNCH: homemade scotch broth

DINNER: pesto pasta (4 syns)

SNACKS: grapes, beef space raiders (3.5 syns), gherkins, pagen roll (2 syns), crackerbread (hexb) and cheese (hexa)

I used to drink loads of diet coke then I switched to flavoured sparkling water. They are so much nicer. Cheaper too!
 
yeah - i normally live on diet lemonade and i mean live! i'll have it everything.

been loving the chilled mineral water this week though. we've got a water cooler at work which i use to top my bottle up with. the sparkling waters for emergencies - when i can't get into the room where the water cooler is cos i don't do tap water! BLEURGH!
 
No I don't do tap water either. I didn't used to like plain sparkling water but someone said it kept their appetite at bay so I tried it and I actually prefer it to still water
 
Wednesday 13.01.10 - Green

BREAKFAST: 0% greek yogurt, sweetener and chopped banana

LUNCH: couscous (1.5 syns), quorn bbq pieces, lettuce, tomato, onion, beetroot and kraft free dressing

DINNER: 2 egg omelette with cheese (hexa) and onion, tinned tomatoes, peas, w/m bread toasted with cheese (hexa) and ketchup (1.5 syns)

SNACKS: satsuma x 3, solero (5 syns), teaspoon of tiramasu (3 syns)

Friday 15.01.10 - Green

BREAKFAST: quorn sausages, baked beans, w/m toast (hexb) and ketchup (0.5 syns)

LUNCH: jacket potato, free pineapple cottage cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and beetroot

DINNER: * quorn pasta carbonara (pasta, quorn bacon (0.5 syns), philidelphia light (hexb), veg stock, mushrooms, onion, garlic) with cheese (hexa)
*wow - that was a lovely and creamy dinner!

SNACKS: grapes, 10 american hard gums (10 syns)
