i'm back!!!!

after a hectic 6 weeks i'm back. completely went off plan as i stressed over my redundancy interviews. i was trying to stick to plan and stressing over food when i should have been focusing that energy on preparing for my interview. i gave in and ate what i wanted and stopped beating myself up .....and i kept my job too :) so i'm pretty happy :) :) :)

...decided to rejoin SW as it worked out cheaper, but i will be keeping note of my previous loss as i've managed to gain 7lbs of the 13lbs i lost, but it was worth it. i kept my job and had a 2 week holiday so i can't complain.

....back on plan 100% this week.
 
Congrats on keeping your job hun, must be a massive relief. Yay to being back on track too.... whats on the menu today? (I like to copy). xxx

todays menu has yet to generate in my brain! lol

brunch was 2 x cauldron lincoln sausages (3 syns), baked beans, mushrooms, wholemeal toast (hexb) and ketchup (0.5 syns)

really not sure whats gonna be for dinner. fancy making something nice with cheese in it.... so maybe some stuff some sweet pointed peppers with goat/feta and olives or mushrooms stuffed with leek and cheese....mmmmmmmmmmmmm!
 
Saturday 20.03.10 - Green

BRUNCH: 2 x cauldron lincoln sausages (3 syns), baked beans, mushrooms, wholemeal toast (hexa) and ketchup (0.5 syns)

DINNER: tomato and garlic linguini with cheese (hexb)

SNACKS: w/m bread (hexb), 1 tbsp cheese & spring onion sandwich filling (3 syns), syn free microwave crisps, weetabix oaty bar (3.5 syns)

SYNS: 10 syns
 
Monday 22.03.10 - Green

BREAKFAST: 3 pagen rolls (hexb)

LUNCH: jacket potato with baked beans

DINNER: quorn burger (0.5 syn), SW chips, cheese slice (hexa), white muffin (8 syns) and ketchup (1.5 syns)

SNACKS: 3 x pagen rolls (hexb)

SYNS: 10 syns

managing to stay on plan ok but i'm totally disorganised and need to go food shopping, eat some veg and prepare lunch and breakfast for work as i can't eat when i wake up.
 
Tuesday 23.03.10 - Green

BREAKFAST: 3 x quorn sausages with ketchup (0.5 syn)

LUNCH: couscous (0.5 syn), salad and quorn bbq fillets

DINNER: jacket potato with beans

SNACKS: 3 x pagen rolls (hexb), w/m toast with tomato puree, cheese (hexa), pepper, mushroom and red onion, 2 x packs cheese curls (9 syns)

SYNS: 10 syns
 
Wednesday 24.03.10 - Green

BREAKFAST: puffed wheat (hexb) with skimmed milk (hexa) and sweetener

LUNCH: salad with fresh beetroot and quorn bbq fillets, beef space raiders (3.5 syns)

DINNER: peppers stuffed with couscous, goats cheese (hexb and 4.5 syns) and sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syns)

SNACKS: solero (5 syns)

SYNS: 14.5 syns

i didn't enjoy the beetroot as i was using it up and there was loads of it.

had a pretty boring day food wise so i dreamt up my dinner in my head and was looking forward to it but it didn't taste as nice i i thought it would.

...and i forgot about the syns i ate at lunch so i've 14.5 syns!

had a pretty rough few days. haven't managed to stay on plan since weigh-in :( ....so 3 days of eating crap. yesterday i stayed in bed all day then ended up binging in the evening. i'm a bit emotional right now and keep bursting into tears. feeling ok today though so gonna have another stab at sticking to plan....fingers crossed :)

Sunday 28.03.10 - Green

BRUNCH: uncle bens golden rice (2 syns), tbsp sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syns) and a slice of pizza (6 syns)
