Moo's year - 24 st start and restart

Thank you MC

Now new week is here and time to start it again :) Will be working all 7 days and need to be extra focused this week.
As Im not going to eat any bread this week I will need to find something else to use. They told about ImageUploadedByMiniMins.com1410004866.138117.jpg
All - bran chocolate wheats. I asked my hubby to get em fron shop. Maybe it will be enough for my daily sweet needs too :)
Im been so busy this morning. Market before WI. Was little late to meeting. Had to wait until the end of class to weight. Then on my way home bus could not copy with traffic. Dont know why but street was full of parking cars. Maybe there was some action in park. Take forever to get home. Heat up food fast. Eat is even faster. Half a cup of coffee and out of house to work.
But I lost a pound :D

Our consultant told us story today. One of her clients had done sw over 30 weeks already and had every week small weight losses. Pound, pound and half. And she was little upset. She had been on plan. And she never had big losses. So the consultant ask her to fill food diary for a week and so she did. They notice that she uses 2 slice of bread (400g ) as her HE and then 3 slice from her syns. Consultant asked her to stop eating all bread for one week. To make a difference. She said its not possible. She loves bread so much. But she did it. For one week she did not had any bread. Next week consultant was in other room and heard screaming. She was thinking that something bad happend. She rush into room and could see the girl running around this room and screaming. :) consultant asked her what happenend. And the girl who did one week without bread had lost 11 pound !!! this week :)
11 pound just to cut of bread. I think half of our grp will cut of bread this week , lol :)
I just love my class- to hear storys like this. It makes me feel that I can do it. Motivates me and just puts a smile on my face :)
So my week starts here
Day 1

Coffee 1 syn

Not the best photo but I was in hurry :)

One other thing I heard today. We have book on sale -
100 extra easy days. Next week I will get that book. It have breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas for 100 days. Will try to follow it an see if this will make a difference too. As sometimes we keep eating same thing and if its not as exciting as it was at day one - we start to search something good ( like chocolate :D )

At the end of the day - I want to be 99,9 by first on january and I will get there :)

Have a nice Saturday everyone :)

Hi all. Trouble here! Daughter has been living in London all week and coming back here for weekends, and bringing her laundry with her!! I thought she would go straight to York to be with the Scotsman she met in Edinburgh but she spent the night here and then went off for a train early. She has not been booked back in for the job in London so says she will go back to teaching around here. Meanwhile she is off to Cape Town on Thursday to spend 2 weeks with a friend there. She is here for Christmas but going to Cambodia on 27th. She spent last Christmas there helping to set up a school in a chicken shed (still had chickens in it she said). She is talking about stopping off on route to Cape town via Nairobi which we are not happy about as there has been extremist activity and a bit too close to ebola virus. Like her father she is dynamic and can't keep still. Although I love her to bits I find her tiring!! She has been talking about adopting a 4 year old Cambodian girl. I have said to her you cannot pack up a child in a suitcase and go globe trotting. She spent years working in London, then Dubai, then Australia (she is now a citizen). She travels a lot. It's going to be very wearing if she is living here full time. What can I do? Dunno! Grin and bear it!! :sigh:

Oh Bev , I cant help you but seems you have amazing girl with big loving heart. I can only imagen how hard it is to let her go but from your reply I can tell shes very passionate about teaching and helping less fortune ones. Do she already know who she wants to adopt ? Or is this just an idea ?
Other hand, its still time to xmas and maybe she met a man who is the one and plan could change by then :)
What does mean - love you to bits ?
:)

And about me, yes Im excited and very happy - strange that you ask what I was wearing, as this is the one reason Im happy. I had my "heavy" cloths on today. As summer is over and one point I must stop going in small dresses , lol - I chose this day will be today :) so I dont have to worry about extra pound from cloths next week(s).

The thing is , Im out of cloths that fit. And have no free money to spend. So Im going with my "little" big outfit and found some items I had when I got to uk ( in feb) that were very very tight. Now they very very lose. But this again makes me so happy :)
Will have to go shopping one point. Hope I will have some gold by then :)
Hug

Oh wow, I may have to copy your no bread thing. :D Apparently you have better losses if you use scan bran as your hexb.. I love my chewy K too much though.. Hmmm chocolate. :D

I love your food photos. They really do kick start my day :) as a non eater, it is much appreciated :)
you will manage no bread, no problem lol ;) x

Rita, love someone to bits means love sooo much. Daughter just rang home and will be back today. She is not too keen on the man! Not unusual!! she is very fussy. Oh dear. I suppose one day she will find Mr Right. lol I thinks the adopt a daughter thing is just a fancy. She says she would like children but I think it is too late now for her own. She is dynamite on 2 legs and treats the world as her playground and you are right she likes to do good, she has now founded a charity for kids in Cambodia for bikes so they can get to school.
Hey I am too serious! Just thinking. Much love and hugs all. Bev x Gotta get dress as son, dil and granddaughter are coming!

And my scales were nice to me today - 117,1 :)
Almost under 117. Honest I dont remember when last time I was so "small" lol
Last night was hard - all the burger and sw orders and I so wanted bite of bread , but I was strong :) So happy now

One other reason to be happy today :) I told you I have size 18 shorts that I got for my motivation gear :p
First time I hardly manage to get shorts over my soft spot, then I could get my belly (a part of it , lol) into em missing 20 cm to close button. Then 10 cm. And today I manage to pull the zipper up ( first time ) and missing 3-4 cm to close the button :)
When I get to my 6st award I will get this button close , one way or another - lol

Last night at work night porter who only started working ( hes second night) told me , (after I showed him everything he needs to know), "btw - everyone saing you are great chef "
Hahaha, it was nice to hear new people who dont even know me to say that. Lol ;) and nice to know that people I work with are happy with my work. He did made my day :)

Have a nice week everyone and we will see later :)

I have seen Yorkshire pudding here and there and even one day wanted to search for it as I dont know what it is. Maybe this weekend - Im off and friend from estonia is coming to visit on Saturday. Shes in Uk atm and would be nice to see her ;)

Under 2 weeks to go , you will be at day 83 then :) amazing. Just amazing :)

Helen - OMG bet you are dreaming of food!!

Rita - as usual awesome looking food. The bread thing is funny actually - I never have bread in my ordinary diet. I see it as a treat, almost like a cake. Can't wait to see your results!

Bev - your daughter really does sounds like free spirit! She sounds pretty feisty - like me :). I think my whole family keep wondering when I will meet Mr Right!! hahah. Sounds like she has a happy life so I'm sure nothing for you to worry about although the globe trotting must be hard as a mum ;-)

Congratulations on your weight loss so far :)

Congratulations on your weight loss so far :)

Thank you and welcome to our little party :)

So today Day 3 with no bread. As Cat said before she dont eat bread and so was thinking I - that Im not big bread eater. Im not. I never were sw person and didnt care for bread so much but now- when I choose not to eat any bread, I cant get it out of my head. And by head I mean my mouth , lol
We were busy today and I did not had change to eat before service. That made me hungry at some point , had my lunch at noon and 8 at night I was ready to eat anything. But I was so busy that could not even grab a melon from fridge and then ofc all the orders with bread come in. One thing leaded to another and before I could stop myself I had mouthful of bread and I could taste it … but, BUT, I did not eat it , when I relised that I had bit of bread I spit it out. Very proud of that moment , lol - what we ready to do to lose weight.
Hour later I had a terriaky (2 syn ) pasta with veggies and salmon with goat cheese (5syn ) and I enjoy every bite :)
