Im here, just have been busy over the few days and too tired to get here =)
Will have to check everything up later and fill up my diary
Been good with foods and work outs. Had PT yesterday and I had my food diary with me as he asked me to fill one up. There was really not much for him to say about it - only that I should have less fry eggs ( well - we will see about it , as I do not see big difference in fry egg / done with fry light / or boiled egg, omelet or scrambled eggs. Ok , boiled egg I can understand but really no difference in omelet or scrambled eggs - you will have to use oil anyway. Correct me if Im wrong.
Other thing he said was I need to cut off from coffee ( ok , i can do that , but tbh - there was 4 cups of coffee for 4 days - I would not say its much ) - still want to have my morning coffee - will maybe do 1-2 coffee free days a week . And to change water to green tea - yeah - will not do that. Honest , I can have tea or even two , but to give up water for tea , no - I like water and dont like green tea , so why would I want to change that ? ??
And last thing - not to have rice or potatoes at dinner. Will say this may be only thing that I may think about. But not too much. I told him that I will keep doing sw and will not do high protein diet. I have lost 6 st in sw and add 1 st before that , Im sure he knows what he is speaking but I know what is working for me and I dont want to risk my weight loss because of trainer.
So - I wil have him as an trainer but not as food specialist =)
Have been working out and today my back and arms are in pain - two KB 30 min class yesterday - good in spent kcal wise but bad at my weight, as this morning I was back to 115,7 - I really dont like to see this number on my scales. I was 115 at Saturday , I have been good , I have had 15 different speedy food and been working out, so how come again I have gain. I understand it because of water - again , but this frustrates me and my plans. Next week my holiday is over and I will be back in kitchen. I have been so good for two weeks but results are not as good as I hoped for.
No hard work is ever lost - i know, and I wont give up . But I think I would like to see some weight losses now. Oh well - there is still 2 days to go and maybe I get back to 115 , yet I am disappointed.
Hope everyone else is doing great and keep smiling =) I know I am . even if I think this all sucks , lol - going to boil myself a pasta and do tomato sauce or soup , I need to get rid of that gain for Saturday =)
