Im happy happy happy - scales smiling at me and thats all I need :) kind of :D

I have to say that eating 15 speedy or super speedy foods are not so easy lol. But thats because I dont have so many different kinds of fruits and veggies at home. I know meat and fish can be speedy too, but for now I will have to work with what I have. :)

Breakfast
Beans, tomato, mushrooms, tuna, cottage cheese, crisp bread and soft cheese (he ) , apple (5 s)

Did my gym workout today before my WI and I got my new 6 st award. 1,5 lbs off Could not be happier today. Feeling beautiful and ready to get my 6,5 st award. Lol I was so scared that I dont get it but I did :)

Had to say I over cooked it just a little and it turned out too dry for me. But next time I will use lower heat and less time. Still very nice with class of milk =) 5 syn for milk

Still need 4 speedy foods today , have planed plums, pear , kiwi and celery and I will be done =)

Do the brownies taste good? Made low fat brownies before and they were not nice but yours look scrummy, I would probably eat them all though x
 
The brownies did taste good but little to dry for me, I would cook them less next time =)
I dont care for football =) Does not matter to me who wins, hope that game is good , thats all =)

I did try this roasted cauliflower I told you about. I did not think it will be so good. It was nice and soft and spice and I will be doing it again for sure.

My dinner was
rice, veggie curry , cauliflower and cucumber ( 2s )

Syn free yogurt and fruits ( 2 s for kiwi and plum ) as my dessert =)
Coffee 1 syn

So I have used all my 15 speedy foods today and feeling full, happy and great =) I did try two new recipes - cauliflower and brownies and will be doing them both again =)
How are everyone else doing ?

No idea why the thumbnails with photo is in this post but , well .. =)
