Not so good, haven't had any packs so far this weekend
I did 6.5 k yesterday and afterwards had an omelette (2 eggs, ham, a bit of grated cheese and onion), had a couple of pints of water, then we had a bbq, I had 1 sausage, 2 burgers (no baps), salad (lettuce, onion, red pepper) and a boiled egg. In the evening I ate 4 left over burgers and had a bottle of coke zero (500 ml). I also had 4 large cups of coffee (with skimmed milk) during the day.
I'm at a football tournament most of today, will have some scrambled egg and ham before I leave and will be taking a bottle of water (1.5 litre) with me.
Oh forgot to add that I'd had a beef chow main on Friday after passing my exam. Was about 540 calories and 25 g carbs, went for beef as chicken was 512 calories and 45 g carbs...
Did a rather large motion yesterday after the Chinese too
Did 7 k this morning and I am back on packs only as of today.
If anything, this week has proven to be the most difficult (in regards to adding the extra meal) and I don't think I'll be doing that again until I start to re-feed.
I tested myself yesterday and I am no longer in Ketosis (not a surprise). Just hoping I haven't gained anything this week and if I have it is my own fault.
