Today's events/intake
07:30 - Got up, had a lay in as it's Saturday!! I am going to do better today!!!

07:45 - Large cup of coffee (with skimmed milk)
08:25 - Had a motion, 2nd day in a row, must have been the spring rolls!!
12:35 - Chocolate shake with a spoonful of espresso (350 ml water)
13:45 - Started a bottle of water (1.5 litres)
15:30 - Strawberry shake (350 ml water)
18:00 - Large cup of coffee (with skimmed milk)
18:40 - Porridge (150 ml water)
19:30 - Bottle of Coke Zero (500 ml)
21:15 - Zzzzzzz!! Really tired.
Had a busy morning, taking my son to football, then got do to a bit more studying ready from Monday. Managed to go all day 100% after yesterday's shenanigans!!
I can and I will do this!! Stay strong everyone!!!
