Thanks hun. Yep the tiramisu ice-cream was gorgeous.

Have a fantastic day today 'Mamma Moon!' ;) Anything nice planned?

:) Morning! Planning to do some Yoga today - need a bit of stretching! Then probably starting a wardrobe sort out and de-clutter! Opened it yesterday and the whole contents of an over-loaded shelf rolled off onto the floor! Especially seeing as I don't wear three quarters of the stuff in there anyway, it's time for a sort out!

What about you - anything planned?

Sounds like a great time was had at the sea side and well done on all that walking.Sounds like it was abit of a eye opener in the nicest way as well.It just shows you how much your fitness has improved and how we as humans love our habits like eating something as its 'something we have always done'

Yoga and a clear out! Busy day for you then! I can understand you feeling emotional yesterday, you've come along way..well done hun :0)

Yeah, we both agreed that in the past we would have had chips, whether we were hungry or not. It suddenly hit me yesterday how many things have changed - a lot of small things really, but all adding up to big changes. xxx

Monday 13th August

Operation Wardrobe Clear-out has commenced! :D Two full bin bags of clothes in the bin so far. More to follow tomorrow I think. I tackled the shelves and part of the hanging rail today, aiming to tackle the rest of it tomorrow. Looks good! Bet there was some AP earnt from that sorting out too! ;) No snacks - you must've been busy! Or just have better willpower than me, lol! I love snacking! Looks like a great day though, good job!

Did toy with the idea of a pack of quavers, but decided to save the PP for tomorrow instead. :)

That Aldi maple and pecan cereal is like cocaine to me! I can't open a box without picking at the lot the whole day long!!!!! Adore it!

And all changes for the better :0)

Wow what a great clear out you've had and more yet to come! Bet it was great to find a mixture of none fitting as too big to ones that fit nicely as well :0)

Absolutely!

Yep, it was really nice to throw out quite a few 'too big' things, and also a few things that still fit me, but that I don't even like that much, or just feel are part of an 'old me.' The ones I don't like are things I've bought in the past when I've been clothes shopping and they were the best I could get - in other words they fitted and I could afford them, even though I didn't love them at first sight! I've decided I'd rather not have them at all! I've not been clothes shopping for a while, but on window shopping I can see that I already have more choice.

Sounds like the clear out has been a real eye opener for you in a good way..so are you going clothes shopping soon or just going to get bits as and when?

As and when I think. Got to get this bike sorted out first - and I'd rather wait 'til I've lost some more I think. I can manage with what I've got at the moment, although will need to get a few tops for work in September. Got a few things last month from the charity shops - three really nice tops for around £8. I'll shop anywhere if it's a good enough bargain!
