What do you think of Netflix so far?ive got mine again now :0)

Love it! Pretty certain we will keep it when the free trial runs out. There's a few series I want to catch up on - when we were hard up we cancelled the sky, so some series we were left high and dry part way through. Also love the films/documentaries - all of it really! Glad you've got yours back too!
 
Ooh! Looks delicious! :) I haven't eaten chip-shop chips in over a year! Egg sarnie though?! Never ever tried putting egg in a sandwich, hmmm!

Yes they are yummy. Fried egg in a sarni, a muffin, roll - whatever you like! Always with black pepper and HP Sauce!

Breakfast - Greek Yogurt with Maple Syrup and Maple Pecan Cereal - Total 6PP -
3.5 oz Greek Yogurt (4PP), tspn Maple Syrup (1PP), Sprinkling of Maple Pecan Cereal (1PP)

Lunch - Spicy Couscous with Feta, Tomatoes and Olives - Total 8PP -
1/2 pack of Aldi's Hot 'n' Spicy Couscous (5PP), 1.5 oz Feta (3PP), 4 Olives (0PP), Cherry Toms (0PP) Banana (0PP)

Dinner - Minestrone/Scotch Broth Soup with Bread and Butter, Home-made Rice Pud - Total 12PP -
bowl of mixed soup - some leftover home-made Minestrone (2PP) and half a can of Lidl's Scotch Broth (2PP), one slice W/M Bread fingers (2PP), tspn Butter (1PP), one sixth of a homemade Almond Milk Rice Pud (4PP), 2 tspns Golden Syrup (1PP)

Drinks - Green Teas, Water NAS squash, one Coffee and Cream (2PP), one WW Hot Choc Drink (1PP)

Yep it seems good value. If Lovefilm get their act together and make their Wii channel app live soon then I might go for that instead as I think it's a bit cheaper and from my first look at it I think pretty much the same stuff on there. They are supposed to be making it live 'some time in September'
 
Yup will just Dog walk for the next couple of weeks then restart to exercise.

I think regular walking is often under-rated as an exercise. I remember reading an article about heallth tests they did on a group of middle aged men who started walking 5 times a week. They were only walking for 20-30 mins each time at a moderate pace, and the positive difference it made to their risk of heart problems was huge. I can't remember the exact figure though, which makes this a bit of an anti-climax! Lol.

Yea I never got around to trying love film.Have to let me know what you think though I reckon I will stick with Netflix for now!

I agree that walking is a great exercise it's my poor ole tummy that needs some toning and walking can't do that unfortunately!

Just seen some good news on FB. A work colleague has had a terrible time following the birth of her daughter - in and out of Intensive Care 3 times, and at one point they really didn't think she would make it. She's just posted a lovely pic of her feeding her little girl again. Nice to see such good news.
