Not been on the full site for a very long time, usually use my mobile, time to update the old ticker and diary name.
I'm adding a new ticker, how much weight I have to go until I can safely ride my youngster. They say a horse can carry 20% of it's own body weight and I am making a rough assumption that Caleb is about 500kgs. He'll end up around 600kg when he's finished growing, but that won't be for another 18 months or so.
I need to get to 15st 10lbs, which is less than 2 stone away. If I put my mind to it I could be there by the summer, which means I can ride him! Not properly, he needs to finish up growing yet, but I'll be able to sit on him bareback in the field and take him for walks down the beach. It'll be amazing!
