im doing 100% total solution but im still om (TOTM) thanks to the implant so that realy slowing my weight loss dwn but im happy a loss is a loss x

hi , you are doing really well , I am also a daily weigher ( twice daily really !!!) and love seeing the number go down so quick ( even if it does go up and down now and again !!) .
when I last did this diet I had the implant too , and I had TOTM constantly for 6 months :/
 
ah dont say that lol im getin anoyed with 2 weeks i just fill so bloated and slugish not nice lol n 2s a day you are a series weigher lol

still 100% total solution but still on and of (TOTM) but take the 2oz increase with a pinch of salt :-D hope every1 doing well on the diets remember people stay strong when cheaten ur not winning any prizes just letting yourself down onward and downward p.s iv got 19lb to loss until im in the healthy bmi i bracket so excited ive never come under that before x
 
I noticed you mentioned in an earlier post you had lost 10lbs? As there is 14lbs in a stone, to go from 13 4 to 12 6 you've lost 12lbs. Welldone chick xx

still 19 days of 100% total solution , im still on (TOTM) thanks to the implant so my weight is fluctuating quite abit but as long as i loss somethink at the end of the week im happy , tomorrow will be my last daily weight in , im going to start weighting in weekly if i can manage it n try to get out of this routeine of daily weeking , wish me luck cause i will need it :-D x
