Ha I did that this year, I just bought myself a kindle and gave it to him to wrap for me lol...saves all the disappointment

No Galway is for his parents anniversary.. But it'd a hotel somewhere n dinner.. I think he'd enjoy that more than any sort of surprise party.. He's really not that kinda person.. n to be honest, n not mean, altho it sounds mean, he doesn't really have any friends that I could invite.. Like, he has the lads off the footie team n lads he works with... But they're not really mates as such.. More acquantices.. ya kno?!

Ralph's the same, when we lived in London he had loads of friends, we still see them when we go up there but down here he's got a few mates but coz he works on his own he doesn't really have time to make friends:(. He's ok though.

I'm not complaining.. I'd hate to have to share him.. I know that's selfish.. But I like that he doesn't go out n get fooked... But that's even more selfish coz I love to go out n get fooked with my friends... I sound like a right b1tch... Seeing that in black n white makes me feel awful...
 
Got this recipe from a friend and thought I'd share (hopefully I don't get my thread deleted now...)

Salt & Chilli Chips

3/4 Lge Potatoes
1 Large Red Pepper
1 Lge Onion (spanish style) or 2 medium onions
1 Red Chilli (deseeded if you don't like too spicy)
Bunch Scallions (Spring onions)
Clove Garlic
Black Pepper, Salt, Garlic Salt, Chilli Flakes, Frylight

Preheat oven to 180
Cut potatoes into chips and parboil for 10 mins
Spray roasting tin with Frylight, add chips (once drained and dried) and respray.
Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and a few chili flakes. Roast until golden.

Stirfry in frylight onions and red pepper until soft. Add scallions and garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt (no more as its very salty) and a dash of soy sauce.
Remove from heat and add to the SW chips.
Enjoy a guilt free salt and chilli chips :D
 
Hey ladies.. So gona do up my menu for today now, rather than tomoro coz I know if I leave it, it won't be posted...
If I eat anything not posted, i'll add on later...

HeA: Milk, 250ml, low fat
HeB: 2x 400g loaf wholemeal Nimble

Brekkie: Grapefruit. Orange. Mullerlight Vanilla with dark choc sprinkles and cherry underlayer (1.5 syns)
Lunch: Homemade veg soup. 3 Nimble 400g loaf, wholemeal (3 syns)
Dinner: Mixed grill (Bacon medalions. Poached egg. Mallon Sausages. Grilled chicken breast) Side salad orSW Wedges
Snacks: Banana. Pear.

Need to get cracking on the water tho as I've not drank any today so far...
 
Making Jono cheesecake. Shop bought packet stuff but still... I'm a good wife! Ha

Mmm cheesecake, I love cheesecake. My sis makes a mean raspberry and white choccie one. So creamy nom nom!

Its a brand we get over here that's low fat.. Its on out list of free foods as advised from our SW leader :) I'll post a pic of them later so you can keep an eye out just in case you can get them :)

ahh thats good...are they veggie? the only ones I know of are linda mccartney red onion and rosemary and the joes one which you can order online

No they're proper pork sausages.. They're quite nice and a nice size too for a LF sausage...
