My Dukan Diet Diary...

Morning ladies up at the crack of dawn today, I've got a day off so day 4 of 30 day squat challenge is done my muffins are in the oven baking and I'm about to do the Tiffany Rothe workout I can't believe how much my ribs and waist are aching from it from yesterday :) Then I'm off to the gym at lunchtime and me and some friends are having a psychic reading tonight so I'm looking forward to that to see what is said... and dukanwise the starch meal last night was lovely very confusing eating pasta with bolognaise and cheese I was doubting myself the whole time thinking you don't need the pasta or cheese you could have veg instead but I know it's what conso is all about and apart from that it was lovely :)
 
An early morning again today another batch of muffins in cooking as I do day 5 of the 30 day squat challenge and a Tiffany Rothe workout to say I'm aching today would be an understatement but I'm determined not to give up on the exercise like I usually do by making excuses gym again later :) I really want to wear a bikini on holidays this summer!! I had a lovely reading last night aswell the psychic was brilliant and my futures looking good if thecards are to be believed haha :)

So It's Day 10 of Conso so that's 2 lbs consolidated 68 to go haha I worked out aswell that altogether from the biggest I ever was I've lost 126 pounds!! but that's in two years and not all on Dukan but I definitely found the last 70 easier to get rid of and the dukan plan the best I love it :) I'm back from the gym and I did an hour even though it was snowing haha changed girl ;) Today's Menu Day 10 Conso: B: 3 toffee muffins, 3 boiled eggs L: 1 piece of toasted brown bread, cottage cheese, D: Dukan Lasagne, BNS wedges ( another new recipe I'm trying out and using my cheese allowance :) ) Drinks: 2 black coffees, 5 green teas, 2L Water

Yeah 126 pounds at My biggest I was 18 stone 11 when I got weighed in hospital and I remember being so shocked and that's when I started eating healthily and attempting exercise but it was slow as it wasn't strict enough for me so I decided on Dukan then.. I feel like a cheat getting a century badge and changing my stats then though Sid because I wasn't that weight when I started on Dukan :/ xx

That doesn't matter Tamara, we are all from different walks of life - 126lbs is 126lbs u fought to lose and u should proudly display :) UV done amazing, update those stats girl! Xxx
