My food diary - Trying to be a healthier me. :) (Will add some photos)

I think I am definitely going to do fishcakes at the weekend. Will be doing haddock or salmon though as those are the fish I have in the freezer.

Haha I want to play now and can't find the disc! Will have a proper look tomorrow.
 
Sorry only just catching up on diaries now, fish cake looks good! will give that a whirl sometime :) I got Sims 4 and tbh it's not that good, it's lost so much and it's very basic (but then again the base game usually is!) I'm sure it'll get better though when the expansion packs get released, apparently there's going to be 170 of them! bye bye life lol ;) xx
 
Remember to check other cases as well. I was looking for supernatural for months and it was in the night life one lol.

Hmm.. What about a mix of both of the fishes? Could work?

Blimey Kally! 170?!?!?! I hope toddlers and swimming pools will be with some. Maybe I'll wait until a few packs are out and then buy all at once lol :D

Syns : 1 malteaser, rocky bar (last one. :( ) (3) total 3.5
Hea : 1 cheese string, milk for tea.
Heb : chewy D

B: Banana and grapes
L: Grapes and some "chicken ham" (Can you tell I'm in a snacky mood?)

may have a stir fry tonight :)
 
Hehe I just saw when I popped over into your diary. :)

Turkey was lush! And I got to have fun beating it with a rolling pin. :D

forgot to mention on the turkey is tomato purée, onions, mushroom, 1 babybel light and mixed herbs :)

OH had pizza and I really fancied it too.. Weirdly enough this actually satisfied the craving! I probably didn't want it that much :p
 
It is good to have something that satisfies a craving! I like pizza on b free wrap but that uses your healthy b so I am going to have to give chicken/turkey pizza a go at some point.
 
I've never found the B free wraps around here :/ I may have to do what I did with the WW pittas when/if I find them!!

but yeah it works out quite nicely :)
 
They are only in asda here and in the free from bit not with all the other wraps. I do like being able to have a wrap occasionally and also they are only 99 calories so even synning them they are the lowest syn (only 5) wrap I've found.
 
Breccy today will be a cuppa and chewy D bar.. :)

Will decide later if it's my hexb or not as I fancy doing kebabs tonight for us.. But then again I may change my mind haha
 
Loving your diary! Finding it really inspirational. Only just started SW from home (2 weekly weigh ins so far). Fell in love with Tilly puss pics! Thanks for sharing.

Due to it being TOTM I caved in to kfc. However I whipped out my phone before, and found out the chicken crispy strips are only 3 syns each!!
So I've had 2 (6 syns) and gave the third to the mister, and had a diet pepsi. Tackled the kfc craving well. :D

Still quite hungry though so I'm gunna make myself chicken and mushroom pasta for lunch.

I'll probably not use any more syns out of guilt today.. but then again maybe I will use some. Guess it depends how my body is!

Really hating TOTM. :( I nearly cried when OH said he wanted kfc, lol.

Wow you have so much willpower, don't think I'd have been able to control myself lol. It's quite low syn though considering it's KFC, haven't had one in months! :(
 
I'm enjoying it so far, lost 8.25lbs but feel uncomfortable now as struggling to go to loo. Quite worried that Tuesday weigh in will show a STS or even a gain!
 
Well done mc on the KFC I don't think I could go there without having a blow out!

snooze if you like broccoli I would suggest eating lots of it! It helps me in the loo department, well I find it does!

Haha I don't mind about the TMI :) I posted on someones thread the other day that I weighed myself before and after going, and it was 2.5lbs (to show going to the loo does make a difference with weighing in haha) can't get more TMI than that! :eek:

Soooze do you like beans? OH said they're good for him in that department.. Otherwise what about taking a laxative? Or follow newme's broccoli advice :D

Kally : I was very close to getting the pulled chicken burger! But the fact that it's the weekend and I don't want it to show on the scales on tuesday is what helped me. If it were a tuesday night or weds I would have easily done it. :/ Lol!

Getting lots of body magic in today with DIY and skip tips. :D May bring the dogs next time as they jumped in the car with loading it up last time!
 
Thanks for the advice ladies, have stocked up on both this afternoon. Hopefully it's just my body adjusting to a healthier way of eating and things will get easier.

I never had anything from KFC but after reading here how hard it is to stay away- I think I will never enter or order anything from them.
Same thing with fish and chips. Must be lucky eh :p
