Just reading through this. Sorry you've had such a hard time lately. Just want to say you are not alone. I've found it impossible to get back into it 100%... truth is after the Christmas break (and no gaining even though I didn't refeed or watch what I ate) I've pretty much decided that along with 2 or 3 shakes a day I also need have a chicken/fish and green veg meal too... just to keep me sane. I've never had the spectacular losses that others have on this diet and like Denise I was told (by one of the consultants at a hosptial were I worked) that as I'm on my feet running around, cycling, dog walking etc everyday I shouldn't stay on such a low diet for too long - and might actually lose a bit more fat if I ate a bit more. So I'm going to finish off the lipotrim and have ordered a month of exante (I would have stuck with lipotrim but am so sick of the lack of support/advice at my chemist I've given up on them). I'll be following the 1000 calorie plan for the next couple of months until I lose the last 10lb I want rid of. I might want to lose a bit more but will wait and see what state my boobs and bum are in before I decide
