Hey girls, hows it going? Been back a few days now and I ate what I fancied, and totally enjoyed the food... overate and gained 7lb`s! but most of that has dropped off again already so not worried at all by it....will try to log on regularly again.. lol.... TRY too..... love to you all xxx

I'm doing ok...having a word with myself as exercise has fallen by the way side since doc said to avoid the work out DVD cos of my foot. The weather doesn't help at all :( but making up for it today. Been busy in the garden...mowed the lawn and weeded the flower beds. Then helped OH fitting out the shed for starting our new business up :) then did work out DVD to see how my foot felt and it's holding up x

Hellooooooo sorry not been around... life side tracks us at times eh lol, BUT I`m still the same weight, put a littel on over holiday, but thats off again, and now I am aiming to get to 11 st summat SOON... lol... hope the foot is ok Tru and Dee how are you???? Love to all the crew on here... I`ll try and keep posting again, as don`t want to lose the fabbo suport from your gorgeous girlies xxxxxx
 
Nice to see you back Lou :) the foots holding up ;) although does play up if I'm too bouncy or on my feet a lot with work but can't complain. I'm in the 15's now and as of today ive lost exactly 42lbs :D Woohoo x x x

Hey guys.... sooooo very sorry I have neglected all you lovelies!!! Its funny isnt it how as humans we are all to quick to forget those who helped us when we struggled! Thats how flawed we are though! I wanted to say how bloomin greatful I am to ALL of you each and everyone of you smashing gorgepus girlies, cos without your help I wouldnt be here almost 8 stone lighter!!!! I am now in the 11 stones (top end) but there none the less after a fair few months now maintaining... so we are on a loss again... This was mainly just to say hi and ty and quick update.... cheerio for now.... will fill in later xxxxxxx LOOBY!! LOU xxxxxx
