My New Diary - green days

I only discovered them the other day (they were on offer in Morrisons), I love them ! :) I've bought the Italian ones too, which I think are 0.5 syns each :)
 
I'm feeling like a massive failure today. I had a bad day in town, felt so fed up, so what did I do... bought a big bag of chocolate and scoffed the lot. Why do I keep doing this to myself. How am I ever going to lose this weight if I can't control my sugar binges :(
I just feel like giving up.

Don't give up! Its not bad just add to your weekly syn total hun. I had a bad day mon thinking I'd ruined it as I had about 25syns but just by having a few less in the last few days.

I like hot choc to help with cravings ;) x

Saturdays
Breakfast - Grapes, 20 almonds, 2 wholemeal toast, baked beans

Lunch - Pot shot, velvet crunch (4 syns)

Snack - 2 Lightest Philadelphia mini tubs, 1 Curly Wurly (6 syns)

Dinner - Slimming World chips, 2 veggie sausages, mushy peas, 1 mini Calippo (4 syns)

Syns - 14

Healthy Extra A - 2 Lightest Philadelphia mini tubs

Healthy Extra B - 20 almonds
Healthy Extra B - 2 slices of wholemeal bread

Thank you for your support :) I was feeling awful, but I've managed to get back on plan today and not think about it too much. I don't keep track of my weekly syns, so I might start doing that in the future x x
 
I think it works from whatever day you weigh. I was weighing on a sat morning so my syns ran from sat but last weekend I was really bad so restarted monday. I'm going to try and weigh Monday's now so that I can hopefully save a few during the week to use on a Saturday night ;)

Yeah, I always track weekly. It gives more flexibility & I find some days I'm not at all fussed about syns & would just eat to use them up, & at least 1 day a week (usually more, lol) I find it impossible to stick to 15. If I count daily I just get disheartened & am much more likely to give up when I go much over 15.

Hi, just wanted to let everyone know that I'm taking some time out from Slimming World. I'm finding that with the other things going on in my life at the moment, Slimming World is just putting extra pressure on me, and causing me too much stress. I still want to continue a healthy lifestyle and to lose weight (or at least get into the 9 stone bracket). I'm just going to try it my way for a while :) I might start posting again in the healthy eating category, but I haven't decided yet. I'll let you know :) Hope you are all doing well and having a good week x x

Thank you :) I have started a little diary in the Healthy Eating forum. It's not very exciting at the moment, as I'm taking things slowly. But do join if you fancy having a read :) I'll still be following everyone's diaries on here too :)
 
Well I didn't expect it but I've actually been feeling quite lost without Slimming World, so... I'm back for another go :) I can't even keep up with myself, so apologies to you all for my stop/starts. As I've mentioned before things are a little bit difficult for me at the moment (depression being the main culprit), so I'll be taking things at my own pace, one day at a time :)
