MY NEW YEARS XENICAL DIARY

Make the cheerio snacks up that i posted they are nice and just let yourself have 1 a day......I have my new biggest loser recipe book so will start putting some of those recipes up also xx
 
Stay strong Rach your doing great...yes we still need those treats ...i went and got some M&S count on us
chocolate frappe yogurts and they are lush so I would recommend those also if you need a quick chocolate fix :):)

Thought i would treat myself to a bit of choccy today, wish i hadnt now, feel guilty but also feel bit sick uurrghh!! It wasnt a big bar either, and my son had some too, it was a thorntons square shaped bar, in dark chocolate!! Oh well, done now, just thought i would of enjoyed it more!!

i was like that when i had a packet of buttons the other night as a treat. so surprised that i never enjoyed it as much

i do booboo, its amazing what a bit of exercise can do for you!! Had to take some pain killers tonight before i go bed as last night my right knee was aching terrible and couldnt sleep for ages. Dont know why it keeps doing it, but i am determined not to give up the exercise because of it!!
 
Maybe you should strap your knee up whilst exercising it will support it......xx

im tryna up my calories to 1500 but i seem to only get to around 1000 and MFP tells me off :(

It can be hard somedays to up your calories jude, try bulking up your meal a bit more if possible!! Have light snacks like rice cakes, or fruit and yogurt!!

MFP is 123Jude , ive tried addin u Rach but i don't think its doing it lmao

see my version of a "salad" is lettuce, lettuce and different lettuce!! i don't like tomatoes unless its chopped in a tin, i don't like cucumber, raw cabbage, raw carrot...urghhh!!! wish i did!!!

i don't know what to have for dinner!! wt u havin xxx
 
I decided to have tomato soup with crispcakes, and a bag of ryvita minis .. and i am so full i can't even move of the sofa !!! x
 
I wish I was the type of person who struggled to eat all their calories in a day! I have the complete opposite problem :eek:!

I also wish i had that problem, somedays i do, but most of the time i really dont i am have to stop myself from going over my calories :) Thanks Alex and nice to see you on my diary :D
