MY NEW YEARS XENICAL DIARY

Well done Rach, ur a motivator for us all!!! hope everyone had a good weekend, I saved a few calories last nite and drank a mini bottle of WW wine with diet lemonade and it went down a treat :) whilst my other half stuffed a big whopper meal down and a few Rocky choccy bars!! If only...

Jude glad your ok ....make your own burgers they are so much tastier and healthier than a whopper which at the end of the day is a reheated microwave burger....rocky bars are just fat so look at it as not going on your tummy .....
I am sure you will succeed Jude with this lifestyle change after the 1st week its a breeze I enjoy my food and at least what I eat now isn't going to harm me :):)
 
Jude make sure you also take your measurements because its a surprise when you can see that your losing it from somewhere even when the scales don't say :):)
 
I did try but my tape measure thing didnt even fit around me!! dont think its a long enough one so i'll get another, thanks booboo xx
 
When Daz is home he eats the same as me and if he wants a munch he goes into the spare bedroom lol :)
 
had a good day today, last day before weigh in, so had to be a good one.

Breakfast - Half tin bean, 3 turkey rashers
Lunch - home made veg soup
Tea - Chicken salad with cottage cheese and ellc cheese triangles. Low fat natural frozen yogurt

So feeling stuffed now, hope it stays that way, normally night before weigh in i am extra hungry just because i know i have to be really really good :) Might try and get some exercise in when the kids have gone bed!!
 
make sure you have fruit by your side Rach take temptation out its way :):)
 
All good so far booboo, just done jillian michaels workout on the wii so that took my mind off food lol. Was my "last chance" work out!! Going to have something light though as i am under calories for today and i dont want MFP telling me off lol :D

Ive made my own account on that MFP and its really gud!! didnt even know about it till i read it on here!!
I saved some calories Rach, so I used 40 on a options hot choccy :)

good luck for tomoro, ill be congratulating u in the morning :)

yeah its really helpful how it automatically knows the foods and adds it up for you!! not sure how to work out the exercise thing but i'm sure I will!!

aww it will be Rach, your doing really good :) I'm kind of excited for you haha!! Im gunna have to get some sleep now, save the energy for some exercising tomoro if my ankle wakes up !!

MFP keeps telling me off for being under cals lol i do try to keep it up but no matter what i eat i get the little red writing telling me i am eating too few calories

Well sall hun you may up them calories abit other wise your going to hit a plateau, and you dont want that just yet!! You need to get them up to about 1500!!
 
Well had my weigh in this morning and 3lb gone, so still going in the right direction :D I sometimes find it hard to believe i am still losing weight. Also took my measurement and somehow i seem to have lost 4 inches of my waist, in a week!! This cant be possible so i am wondering if i am doing it right at all!! Lost 1 inch of my hip!! So am feeling pretty happy this morning, !
