OMG i finally got the xenical from doctor im so over the moon. 3rd time lucky. she was a cover for another doctor. she checked my height and weight. iv lost 2kg since they last weighed me yeay. she said so long as the weight keeps coming down they will prescribe. no more spending money on alli woo hoo!!!! :)
 
Yay well done! You should lose weight quicker with the Xenical cos it's twice the strength of Alli. Good luck! :)

thanks emma im just over the moon. it was costing me too much and was half the dose, i got lucky today :)
 
well completely back on it again after an unplanned 2 days off!! Monday was my usual day off, but yesterday wasnt, we went to the beach for the day, it was lovely!! Somethings are definitely more important in life!!

Todays been good, been out for a walk this evening, and i am happy with my food for the day!! Kids are staying at their nannies tonight so its nice and peaceful, nice relaxing night in front of the telly!!
 
You're right, some things are more important! A couple of days off won't hurt :) Hope you're well!
 
I've just had my shake for dinner now! I got up really late (12.30! eek) so I had breakfast at 1pm lol. I'm one of those lazy students, so on my days off I usually end up staying up till 3am so I'm always having my dinner and snack late at night. I don't know if that will effect my weight loss though =/

thanks rach im well made up. i know iv got great support from u guys. so fingers crossed... gonna prove these damn doctors wrong :)
 
hey rach i forgot to mention that i got my MRI scan results for my back earlier today. apparantley my lower disc has slightly moved out of place and is pressing on a nerve which is causing this horrid pain, im being reffered to a specialist so will know beta then as to what the best treatment will be. the doctor mentioned surgery :-( or an injection... am kinda freaked out, guesd it explains why its lasted over 6months :-(
 
ooooh emma, i bought the slimfast shake tub last night, £4 from asda! and ive had one for breakfast...i didn't realise how filling they was!!

i don't think i could cope having it for dinner or tea, i like my food too much lol but its nice having it for breakfast though i got the strawberry one mmmmmm :)

and its back to college again today, then working straight after til 9pm tonight so a late tea again...looking forward to cleaning though to burn a few cals off!! everything is just falling into place for me at the minute :)

good look anika, everything should be okay, try not to injury yourself though xxx
 
Yeah I like my food a lot too! But I'm still managing to stick to two shakes a day. It's amazing that I'm still sticking with it lol. Good luck with having them for breakfast, I'm sure it'll work for you :)
