Hello, I am at the beginning of week 2, so far so good! I am finding this site brilliant support. I have also started a diary today which I hope will help me and support others. Well done for beginning your journey.

Ahhhh there it is... well done i bet ya was happy with that....Diarys are a great help to keep you focused and also to see if there is a pattern or triggers to bad eating that ya havent noticed b4...
My diet has been a long journey and im finally in a good place with regards to what im eating etc... taking the last 25lb off with my own little mix of WS... i only really have 1 pack a day to replace brekkie now and 2 very low carb meals each day... No more sprinting down the diet track falling at all the hurdles for me... slow and steady is the pace for the next few months.. Ive lost the bulk so i dont mind it being a bit slower now... ive got 130 packs left which i think i might just put on ebay as im not going to use them .. might as well get some money back on them eh .. good luck for ya next WI xxx

I am actually glad I found you tonight V....
I had been contemplating have something high carby.... pasta ish maybe....for dinner tonight
I have just had a glass of red, and was going to continue with another....
But no, I am not going to now.
I have stuff for a stirfry in the fridge...
I will take some prawns out of the freezer and have that....
The rest of the wine will go in the man friends spag bol sauce...
**runs to pour half a bottle of red into the pot**

Thats it all done....
A nice prawn chilli stir fry for dinner for this girl tonight :D

Aww thanks marjorie... im gonna start writing my menu in again tomorrow.. it helps me keep a track on what im having..
Well done for staying off the bad boy carbs!! the way i see it at the moment is that i went without all food for weeks.... so i feel like having lean protein and veg/salad has got to be the way forwards and so far im right..
i can honestly say i havent felt hungry since i swapped.. im enjoying my mix up now..
maybe im in semi keto with the lack of rumbly tummy by staying so low in carbs..
im eating loads of salad and veg so not missing the bulk of rice/pasta/pots/bread etc..
i did have a small amount of cous cous on my birthday meal with my fillet steak.. lemon and corriander flavour one from tesco and i squeezed the juice of half a lime into it...really really nice and not too bad carb wise if ya need a change xxx
 
well it seems that i know how to maintain my weight now.... 2 weeks at STS... im quite happy with that as it means i just have to cut back a little bit and step up the movement and the weight should go... in theory anyways... So the next 6 days will be spent on a strict 1200 a day lowcarb diet... will see how i get on and report back... might even change to a 2 pack 1 meal regime each day.... yep i think i will... see what happens on 6 days of that or if i can manage it i might try hard to stay off the scales for 2 weeks.. (im managing to WI once a week for the first time ever so im gonna try for 2 weeks now... (unless i muck up and scoff my face lol)..
so in theory i should WI on 2nd April... but thats when im due TOTM ... hmmm will just have to see how i feel xxx

I think that's great that's something I've never managed really, maintaining. Really think that's very important

Hiya peeps.. well i could list the crap i have eaten over the last week but it would give me RSI lol... im thinking that i have had a blow out and the 7lb gain is totally deserved..

Time to get tough so its TS with a WS meal every 2nd day to keep my meds working... If the pain gets bad again then i will have a rethink but thats the plan for today..

TS today 1 shake down and 2L of water (thats the most water i have drunk for weeks BTW)

Hope everyone is having a good week and if ya not then its nearly the weekend!!!

TIME TO GET TOUGH 35 sleeps tills hols..
Lets see how many pounds i can lose in 35 days!!!!
 
Well that was another pretty sh1te weekend.. will i ever get my head back round this diet?? YES YES YES i have to ... dont know how i managed it but ive STS .. ive gotta have monday as a WI day or i will WI on a friday and think sod it and scoff all weekend..
But im trying so hard to stay off them pesky scales regardless.. Im due TOTM so im in for a rough ride trying to get back into keto with that going on in the background.. but i am determined not to feel fat on my holiday so its full steam ahead now... SH1T or BUST really xcxxx
