I had been contemplating have something high carby.... pasta ish maybe....for dinner tonight
I have just had a glass of red, and was going to continue with another....
But no, I am not going to now.

valentine said:well it seems that i know how to maintain my weight now.... 2 weeks at STS... im quite happy with that as it means i just have to cut back a little bit and step up the movement and the weight should go... in theory anyways... So the next 6 days will be spent on a strict 1200 a day lowcarb diet... will see how i get on and report back... might even change to a 2 pack 1 meal regime each day.... yep i think i will... see what happens on 6 days of that or if i can manage it i might try hard to stay off the scales for 2 weeks.. (im managing to WI once a week for the first time ever so im gonna try for 2 weeks now... (unless i muck up and scoff my face lol)..
so in theory i should WI on 2nd April... but thats when im due TOTM ... hmmm will just have to see how i feel xxx
