Had intended to try out some tofu today for the first time in my life. Followed the recipe from the lighter life book, but it said i had to marinade it overnight *hmmph* so went and had some prawns with ginger, garlic, chilli, coriander and some lettuce...it was delish (if a little spicy, think i went a bit overboard with the cayenne pepper!). Only woke up at 12 today so not really hungry and still have three food packs to cram in...I guess its better than not having enough! Can't wait for next weeks delights!
