Hi Sarah :) I had a great time - got silly drunk :-/ my feet wear killing in my shoes!! My legs ache so much today from the run and the shoes. Worth it though :))

Haha! It was great fun :) managed to not eat junk yesterday too. Made a lovely roast dinner. I'm not expecting a loss this week as I think I've gone way over my weeklies (lost track!) haha! But I'd be happy with a STS.

Just got back from a run and managed 7.5k in 57mins. Not the fastest but apart from 2 little stops (for about 1-2mins each) I ran it all! So impressed with myself. It's the furthest I've ever run let alone the furthest I've run without stopping :)

DAY 4

B - porridge oats and s.skimmed milk 6pp

L - WW tomato soup 2pp and 1 slice of WW thick grained bread 2pp. Muller Light 2pp with strawberries and apple

D - Chicken and pasta ready meal 10pp and salad

2pp for milk in coffee. 2pp remaining so might have a slice of bread with my dinner
 
Congrats on the run, I expect that will burn off any weeklies u went over by! When do u Wi?

I wi on a Thursday Sarah. I count my first day as Friday.

Thanks for the support :) I was never to run either sparkle. This time last year I couldn't do 1 minute! Tonight I reckon I did about 50! :-o my friend wear a heart rate monitor and calorie burnt thing and she burnt 680 calories so I reckon I did near on that. Have a body blitz class on weds so hopefully the exercise will have covered the points I've gone over.
 
I'm having Light Choices Quiche Lorraine tonight after reading about Sparkles quiche yesterday! :D going to have 100g which is 5pp with 125g WW chips 5pp and a big side salad of mixed lettuce leaves, cucumber, peppers, plum toms and beetroot. All with a lovely dollop of salad cream 1pp. I'm excited lol

Ur tea sounds tasty, I wish I liked quiche and beetroot! I expect beetroot would make a salad less dry!
 
I adore quiche. It is my most missed savoury food. They were serving lovely, hot, quiche in the school canteen today. I managed to resist, it's about the only thing I have resisted today! C
 
Well I had 4pp left over today so was able to half for 9pp. Was sooooo lush! Going to have the other piece for lunch tomorrow :)

Well you've got the next few days to enjoy so just get back on plan and focused afterwards :) xxx
