Thats it - it kind of seems pointless to put the effort in, only to potentially mess it all up with these plans and events.... I know that's not the attitude to have but I guess with me feeling ok with myself, I'm kind of like "sod it"

We WILL get there Becks, I know it. I just think it might take longer than we hoped. I try not to beat myself up as well but that too is something I struggle with too.

We're a right pair! I'm glad I'm not the only one. My friends and sister seem to be sailing along with losses every week. They're catching me up too which annoys me! ;-) xxx
 
I think we are obviously our own biggest saboteurs right now! Well new day, another new start! We just have to keep trying and try to keep positive I guess. Slowly but surely.

It is good that we're in the same position because I was starting to think I was the only person who could be battling with the same few pounds for so long! Hope you have a good day. Xx

DAY 1
B - WW yoghurt and fruit 1pp. WW bagel 4pp and tsp WW jam 1pp

L - WW tomato soup 2pp and WW oat and wheat crackers 2pp, apple

D - 120g WW chips 5pp, 3 light choices sausages 5pp, egg 2pp

2pp used for SSmilk in coffee

24pp used 2pp remaining... 49/49 weeklies left.

I've got the docs this afternoon as my sinuses are blocked and it's been like it since Monday, had a terrible headache too, sniffley and my chest is starting to hurt. My colleagues have made me go to the docs so they can give me antibiotics to try and make me a bit better for the weekend since I'm training and then back into work again for a week.... On the plus side, I pick up my new glasses today :)
 
That's my prob at the minute- im able to fit in all my clothes so don't feel the pressure!!

It's so difficult - just have 7lbs to goal but this is hard! Been close to goal since August!

Sounds like a good day mets and I hope you get sorted at the drs.
We're all so close to our goals and having the same problems we just have to keep each other going.
Hope the new specs look good! I'm battling with contact lenses. I got them in September and I still hate them, I got them for work incase any of the kids break them when they're having a funny one, but they are such a gaff on I only wear them at weekends and if I'm going out! I hate wearing glasses though. X

Becks - thank you. I've got a sinus infection. Hot bath and bed for me! My glasses are cool :) my fella hates them but what does he know?! I only wear them for driving really. Although having to wear them more when I'm training. I'm getting contacts for when I'm on duty. I can wear glasses but will feel better with contacts in. I don't mind wearing glasses actually. I just try not to wear them because I don't want to have to wear them all the time like the rest of my family! xxx
 
My eyesight has gotten really bad over the last year or so. I need to wear glasses or contacts all the time or I get bad headaches ( and I can't see anything!).

Bath and bed sound good. I'm gonna have a lovely bath shortly. I hope you feel better soon. Xxx
 
That's why I don't want to wear my glasses all the time because I don't want my eyes to get used to them and then have to wear them all the time! When I do, I'll wear contacts I think....

DAY 2

B - alpen porridge 4pp and skimmed milk 1pp with banana

L - WW chicken pasta bake 6pp with sugar snap pease. Orange and a load of pineapple! Probably too much :-/

D - not sure yet as I'm off to training after work

Are u long sighted or short sighted? I am short sighted so only need tonwear glasses for driving and watching things which are far away, bt since i started wearing them last year i feel mine have got worse bt my optician said its nt that they have gt worse they have gt lazy cz when u wear glasses/ contacts ur eyes dnt have to work to see things so then when u dont wear them they dnt work as hard as befor! Lol i wear contacts tho i only wear my glasses if im indoors but i too get headaches if i dnt wear them x
 
See I hardly ever wore my glasses but squinted all the time, so can't see how they got lazy? It was getting so bad that if I was out I couldn't recognise people until they were a few feet from me do had to start wearing them more. Mind if I kept on squinting I'd have ended up with horrendous wrinkles!

Haha! That's what I do now! I can't recognize people until they're right in front of me! I refuse to wear them all the time!

I've been sent home from work to rest so I'm off back to bed. May not have the mousakka until later on xxx
 
I've updated my lunch diary. Might have a bagel with WW ham and light peanut butter before I go to training

Thanks Sarah. Not feeling great at the moment. Lying in bed and can't sleep for coughing! Blurgh! so thought i'd do my diary for tomorrow. I've brought all my food with me so I'm not tempted by the stuff they lay on here (but if there's a salad going I'll have some of that!)

DAY 3

B - Alpen 4pp and skimmed milk 1pp. Banana and apple

L - WW soup 2pp and WW crackers 2pp. Blood orange (my absolute favourite!)

D - BGTY vegetable mousakka 9pp

Milk for coffee 2pp

20 used , 6 remaining. May have a cheeky KitKat at break ;-) I also may have a bread roll to go with my soup if they have one going.
 
Thats a good idea taking ur own food, looks like ur getting back on track, touch wood!
 
Well my motivation and positivity is there, I just hope it shows in the scales otherwise I'll lose it again!
