Breakfast: Fruit n Fibre cereal (HEb), low fat natural yogurt (Free!), 1 banana, 1 pear (both SuperFree!)
Lunch: leftovers from dinner the night before - noodles, chicken, stock, soy sauce, peas, sweetcorn (all Free!), carrots, cauliflower, onions (all SuperFree!), 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 banana (all SuperFree!), 1 Alpen Light bar (3 syns)
