Day 86: (Saturday 7th April 2012)


Breakfast: apple, banana and red grapes (SuperFree!) with low fat natural yogurt (Free!)

Lunch: bacon sandwich - bacon with no fat (Free!), 2 slices of wholemeal bread (HEb) - no sauce or butter

Dinner: Jacket potato, no butter (Free!), with cheese (HEa), baked beans (Free!), lettuce (SuperFree!), and about 5 spoons of trifle (7 syns)

Snack: Hifi deluxe chocolate (6 syns)

Drinks: tea, water, diet lemonade, diet coke (all Free!)

Total Syns: 13
 
Day 87: (Sunday 8th April 2012 - Easter Sunday!)


Breakfast: 2 half fat sausages (6 syns), 1 small slice of wholemeal bread (HEb), baked beans (Free!), bacon without fat (Free!), 2 eggs (Free!), 1 banana (SuperFree!)

Lunch: small piece of steak (fat trimmed off), jacket potato (no butter), peas (all Free!), mushrooms and tomatoes (SuperFree!) and 1 Cadbury's Creme Egg (9 syns)!!!!!!!!

Dinner: chicken chow mein (7 syns)

Drinks: water, diet coke, tea with skimmed milk (HEa)

Total Syns: 22 (pretty good going for Easter Sunday I think!!) :)

Day 88: (Monday 9th April 2012 - Easter Monday)


Breakfast: 1 banana (SuperFree!), porridge (HEb), skimmed milk (HEa), 2 tsp sugar (2 syns)

Lunch: roast dinner - turkey, beef (both Free), mashed potato (no milk, Free!), roast potatoes and parsnips (Free, but added 3 syns for oil as cooked by my mum!), carrots, broccoli, swede, cauliflower, leeks, spring greens (all SuperFree!), gravy (2 syns) - but I did say 'no' to yorkshire pudding, extra roasts and wine!! :)
Pudding - fresh fruit salad - grapefruit, strawberries, raspberries, apple, pineapple, kiwi, grapes, banana, pear (all SuperFree!) - (and I said 'no' to cheesecake, jelly and ice-cream!! :) )

Dinner: not really hungry...but had 3 mini lindt eggs (4.5 syns) and alpen light (3 syns) - it is Easter after all!!

Drinks: tea with skimmed milk (remainder of HEa), diet coke

Total Syns: 14.5

Day 89: (Tuesday 10th April 2012)

Ate out all day as on the road so tough day on the syn front!

Breakfast: bagel (11.5syns), smoked salmon (Free!) and scrambled egg (Free!) - skimmed milk (HEa)

Lunch: Vegetable soup (lots of SuperFree!) and a wholemeal roll (HEb)

Snack: 1 banana (SuperFree!)

Dinner: Pizza Express - shared dough balls (half - 10 syns), shared mozzarella garlic bread (half - 8 syns) and Leggera Padana (25syns)

Drinks: Tea (with milk HEa remainder), diet coke, water

Total Syns: 54.5

(so techically gone over my week's syns this week (117.5)...not much...but does mean now have two days (Wed and Thurs) with 0 syns allowed!)
 
Day 90: (Wednesday 11th April 2012)

On a 0 syns day today after a synful Tuesday...should be ok...back to work today after Easter, and 100% back on track!!

Breakfast: fruit n fibre cereal (HEb), low fat natural yogurt (Free!),1 small banana and 2 apples (SuperFree!)

Lunch: homemade chunky veg/tomato soup - onion, tomatoes, carrots and a smidgen of tomato puree (all SuperFree!), stock cube (Free!), red grapes (SuperFree!) and 2 small bananas (SuperFree!)

Dinner: homemade SW curry - chicken, garlic, ginger, curry powders/spices etc, low fat natural yogurt (all Free!), tomato passata, onions, red chillis, red peppers (all SuperFree!) and boiled rice (Free!)

Drinks: tea with skimmed milk (HEa) lots of water with NAS squash (5 glasses), 1 diet coke

Day 91: (Thursday 12th April 2012)

Breakfast: porridge (HEb), skimmed milk (HEa), 2 tsp sweetener (Free!), 1 banana (SuperFree!)

Lunch: homemade leek and potato soup - leeks and onions (SuperFree!), potato and stock cubes (Free!), 1 small wholemeal roll (3 syns), fresh fruit salad - apples, red and green grapes, kiwi (all SuperFree!)

Dinner: Ham, Pea and Sweetcorn Risotto and side salad - arborio (risotto) rice, stock, sweetcorn, peas, ham (all Free!), lettuce, pepper, cucumber, onions (all SuperFree!)

Drinks: water (lots!!)

Day 92: (Friday 13th April 2012)


Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HEb), skimmed milk (HEa), 1 tsp of sweetener (Free), 1 banana (SuperFree!)

Lunch: Leftover risotto - arborio rice, ham, peas, sweetcorn, stock (all Free!) with side salad - lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes (all SuperFree!), 1 apple (SuperFree!)....and a treat - 1 cadbury's creme egg (9 syns)

Dinner: spaghetti bolognaise - pasta, lean mince, garlic (all Free!), onions, mushrooms and tomato passata (all SuperFree!)

Drinks: lots of water (with NaS squash), tea (with remainder of HEa allowance)

Day 93: (Saturday 14th April 2012)

Bit of a day off plan (i.e. not following 1/3 superfree rule...but still kep very close to syns!)

Breakfast: porridge (HEb), skimmed milk (HEa), 2 tsp sweetener (Free!)

Lunch: Thai restaurant(!!yum!!) - tom yam soup and pad thai (8 syns)

Dinner: chinese takeaway - beef with mushrooms (4.5 syns), boiled rice (Free!) and some chips (5 syns)

Drinks: Water and tea (with HEa allowance remainder)
