well today finished really badly felt i had to eat everything in sight, i did try to limit the damage by eating melba toast and crispbread things (probably would have been fine if i hadnt eaten most of packet of the crispbread things). i think it will be a gain this week, as ive been starving all wek and really bored, but i will put a line under it and start afresh on monday, and hope to get a couple of good weeks in before we go on our hols.
