Cheers SS - I am feeling a lot happier. I really need to get back into the 10s and then to my Xmas goal of 10st 7lbs. I then want to lose another stone by my 40th next year (October) so that I can be at goal and enjoy myself.

02/10/11 - WI start again with a 2lb gain

Bacon & Egg sandwich with 2 tbsp ketchup = 2 syns (4 slices wholemeal = 2 HEB- 400g loaf)
Tassimo coffee, Splenda & a dash of milk - syns?

Squash - loads - it's soooooo hot!!
Diet cream soda

Snack/Lunch (went to take daughter to a party and didn't succumb to party food!!)

Large Square Pizza (SYN free tomato sauce using an onion grown from the garden, ham, 2 HEA cheese - 42g grated half fat cheddar & 42g sliced mozzarella on top of a Warburtons square wrap = 8 syns then after being cooked, chopped pineapple added)

Hi buddy and welcome back ! I am 10.6 now. Soooo slow ! I think the chocolate crisps and ice cream today won't help but i swam in the freezing sea, so maybe the cold froze some calories away! Lol
