Brekkie
2 Mullerlight x 2 (vanilla & choc sprinkles) and sliced banana
2 x Tassimo coffee, Splenda & SS milk from HEA

Dinner
Tuna , sweetcorn, date & cashew pilau - 1 HEB & 2.5 syns
Squash
Muller Greek Fat Free yog - 0.5 syns

Tea
2 slices toast (1 HEB) spread with 1 Tblsp I can't believe it's not butter light = 2.5 syns topped with tinned spaghetti sprinkled with 40g grated half fat cheddar (1 HEA)

Dinner
New recipe - Swedish Meatballs ( 0.5 syns) & spaghetti plus sauce ( 1 syn) followed by a super free of fruit salad

Loving' the shuffle babes.

For meal ideas I suppose it depends on the type of food that you eat eg veggie or meat etc, and whether you want super quick meals or comfort food or you don't mind having the time to cook. Or you want a Friday night meal

For comfort food our favourites are:-
Spag Bol, shepherds pie, toad in the hole & roast dinner, Swedish Meatballs, Casserole, sausage & Mash with onion gravy

For a Friday Night Meal:-
Mexican Food (tortillas etc), Pizza (tortilla base), Lamb Kebab, Thai Pork Burgers , Thai Salmon Burgers, chips, egg, bacon, mushroom , tomato, baked bean, any Indian meal, any Chinese meal

For quick and easy
Tuna, sweetcorn Pilau, Neopolitan sauce, Tuna & Tomato Penne, and most of the Philadelphia recipes, My Dads Pitta with Mince, jacket potato plus filling

Failing that K - copy what I am making this week on my meal planner!
