Thank you girlies. Next week is already planned and no eating out etc, so :fingerscrossed: it should be a good week!!

Not that I am counting (much) but I have 15lbs to lose to get back to where I was last summer!! I just checked my Weightbot, and I reached my healthy weight on 15th May 2011 and was at my current weight 23 January, 30 Jan & 6 February - & it took 16 weeks averaging at a pound a week. So if I stick at it, I should get there by 19th August which is when my annual leave starts!!!!

Pizza - goodness that's dangerous ground for me. I've got one for the kids tea tomorrow, I'm already hoping they eat it all or the left overs are just toooooo tempting! Just get drawing the line K, you've had a great week this shouldn't ruin it for you xx
