Thank you girlies. Next week is already planned and no eating out etc, so :fingerscrossed: it should be a good week!!
Not that I am counting (much) but I have 15lbs to lose to get back to where I was last summer!! I just checked my Weightbot, and I reached my healthy weight on 15th May 2011 and was at my current weight 23 January, 30 Jan & 6 February - & it took 16 weeks averaging at a pound a week. So if I stick at it, I should get there by 19th August which is when my annual leave starts!!!!
